Annual Meeting & Gala is May 10th The Greater Hall Chamber's 104th Annual Meeting & Gala is Thursday, May 10 at the Chattahoochee Country Club in Gainesville. Award presentations will include the Distinguished Community Service Award, Annual Small Business and Family Business of the Year Awards, the W.G. Mealor Chairman's Award and Silver Shovel Awards. The evening will be hosted by Chamber Chairman Jay Jacobs, Jacobs Media, Chair-Elect Randall Frost, Stewart, Melvin & Frost, and President/CEO Kit Dunlap, with an outdoor reception, cocktails, live music, and an elegant buffet dinner. $75 per person; $125 per couple; Table (8) sponsorships are $1,000. Chamber Chase 5K Draws over 1,500 The Greater Hall Chamber's 5th Annual Chamber Chase 5K gathered the support of over 1,500 people and targeted organizations committed to employee health and wellness. Runners and walkers of all ages – from middle school students to senior citizens – participated in the 5K Run and the 2 Mile Wellness Walk and celebrated afterwards at Hall County’s Largest Office Party with awards and recognition. The Title Sponsor for the event was Consumers Life Insurance, and Georgia's Lt. Governor Casey Cagle served as Honorary Race Chairman. The Chamber Chase is a VISION 2030 Initiative.
