The Chamber's Annual Job Fair is Wednesday, April 10 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Gainesville Civic Center (a new venue this year). The Job Fair is a great opportunity for both employers and job seekers. The event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC with NO ADMISSION FEE! Employers will have a chance to meet hundreds of job candidates face-to-face during a short period of time. For job seekers, the event provides coveted face-time and personal contact with hiring managers.

The Chamber Chase is a corporate challenge 5K Run/Walk encouraging a get fit stay fit lifestyle. With over 2,000 participants in last year's race, the Chamber Chase 5K is much more than a road race. It is a community-wide wellness event offering fun for all. This year's event will include Free Training Passes for the first 70 registered participants, voting for People's Choice Award for Best T-shirt, Physical Fitness Tests for all ages, and Hall County's Largest Office Party with music, food, awards, and recognition! The Chamber Chase originated in 2008 as the Get Fit Stay Fit Corporate Challenge 5K, in association with the Greater Hall Chamber's Healthcare Committee and VISION 2030.
