LETTER TO WOODLANDS HOA RESIDENTS:

Dear Woodlands Homeowners, As you are most likely aware, the Woodlands HOA Transition Committee has been working diligently for many months in laying the foundation and executing a smooth transition from Developer Managed HOA (Fountainhead) to a member (residents) elected HOA. The Woodlands HOA represents over 1/2 of the current households in Chateau Elan in the neighborhoods of Woodlands 1, Woodlands 2, The Village, Oxley Village, Creekside and Sarazen’s Corner Please note that the official communication regarding this transition will be sent out to residents via email through the Dwelling Live system. A detailed email explaining the process was recently sent out and there will be more to come. The election ballots will be sent by postage mail to each resident in October. Please be on the look out for this important regarding this transition in both your email inbox and in your postage mailbox.

Thank you to all the resident volunteers of the Woodlands HOA Transition Committee for their time and dedication.

LAZY DAY SHRIMP CHOWDER

Granny’s Lazy Day Shrimp Chowder” is one of my favorite soup recipes. It’s delicious and most importantly EASY to make. Don’t let the “comfort food out of a can” scare you, I promise you this is one the BEST FOOD HACKS ever!

Log on to YOUTUBE and search “Julielinh Mouret” for all her recipes and follow the step by step directions.

• 1package of Publix’s Chopped Seasonings (celery, onion, green pepper, red pepper, parsley) • Can of Tomato Soup • Can of Potato Soup • Can of Cream of Celery • Can of Cream of Mushroom • 1/2 - 1 Pint of Cream 6

(depending on how creamy you like your soup) • 1lbs of Shrimp (seasoned with salt/pepper OR Cajun seasoning) • 1 cup of Shrimp Stock OR Chicken/Vegetable Broth •1/4 cup Dry Sherry (optional)

SOCIAL EVENTS Afternoon Tea – Served 2-4 PM by reservation only Weekend afternoons provide the perfect opportunity to unwind with a cup of tea and a selection of delectable treats during our traditional Afternoon Tea held in the Versailles Restaurant.

Rates: Afternoon Tea $55, Afternoon Tea with Sparkling Wine Flight $75 Children (12 and under) $15 About: The Versailles Tea experience includes a variety of delicious teas accompanied by a selection of tea sandwiches, scones, pastries and sweets.

Tea is served from 2pm-4pm by reservation only Wednesday through Sunday.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Online booking only.

Chateau Grandeur Tasting & Tour From $75pp | 1.5 Hours | Online Reservations Required Ready to dive deeper into your wine journey?

The Grandeur Tour is an in-depth private tour of the vineyards and Winery production facility followed by a semi-private tasting of seven premium wines led by one of our trained Winery Staff. Includes artisan cheese plate for pairing. Larger groups may be split into groups of six for the tasting portion of the experience.

Taste of Georgia - October 23 | $80 pp 7-9 PM at the Winery One of our most popular wine tasting events!
