THE PRINCESS EVENT During the month of July, our restaurants came together and partnered with Medical City Healthcare to offer our community The Princess Event. Our goal was to offer kids something fun to do during this summer when they might normally be enjoying summer vacations with family and camp with their friends.

Thank you to everyone who joined the fun by dressing up as either a princess or a superhero. Your participation helped families make a wonderful memory that included OPH-DFW. This type of family event goes a long way to establishing our restaurants as THE family friendly place to bring the whole gang. The kids loved having their picture taken with their favorite superhero or princess and trying the Limited Time Offer Princess Pancakes. This entire project was a great way to give kids and parents something to look forward to and enjoy together.

As our communities and businesses are still addressing COVID-19 issues, OPH-DFW is helping out by offering a

$25 DISCOUNT FOR FIRST TIME ORDERS

At OPH-DFW, we offer 3 ways to enjoy our catering service.

Choose the option that is right for you.

1) Full Service which includes the setup of food and service equipment, serving and cleanup. 2) Pick-Up Service in which we will prepare the menu selections at the location they want to pick up from. 3) Turnkey Delivery includes delivery and setup of the selected food items using disposable packaging, including disposable serving and eating utensils.

Let’s set ourselves apart by providing the best service no matter which option our Guests choose.

Wearing Masks / Washing Hands: It is good to occasionally be reminded of the promise we have made to each Guest that joins us for a meal. This promise includes safe sanitation practices, safe food handling, and a Certified Manager on every shift. · All Associates will pass a health survey prior to each shift. · All seating options will comply with social distancing guidelines. · Hand sanitizer will be made available to all Guests and Associates. · There will be regular cleaning and sanitizing of common areas, surfaces and all dining areas after each use. · Additionally, we are utilizing UV technology to assist in our sanitation efforts as well as A+ Food Industry Inspections.

Since COVID-19 is mostly spread by respiratory droplets released when people talk, cough or sneeze, the CDC has shared tips for decreasing the risk of being exposed to the virus. Tips include:

· Frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

· Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue and

immediately throw tissue away and wash hands.

· If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.

Cloth face coverings are to be worn by all Associates, especially when physical distancing is difficult. Be smart, pay attention, and let’s all do our part to ensure the safety of our valued Guests and each other.

limited time offer (LTO) Chefs Benjamin Willett, Dan Williamson, and Jeff Dugger are the team members who have created the next exciting LTO menu. These are popular menu items that are being brought back for a short time. Having LTO items is a great way to promote new menu items giving our Guests something different to experience.

Use it as an opportunity to interact with Guests and direct them to this new offering.

OPH-DFW would like to congratulate all our graduates. Managers and Associates have submitted pictures of the graduates they are celebrating. We posted our congratulations on social media for everyone to see.

Reaching this milestone in life is something to be celebrated, and we wish each of them success in future endeavors.

A Word From the Owners Over the past 4 – 5 months we have watched our incredible team at work. During this very difficult time, when we were hit hard by closures, our team has adapted in order to provide the same outstanding, quality service through delivery and take-out orders.

ENCOURAGING OUR SENIORS We are committed to encouraging our seniors, one of our largest demographics, to visit OPH-DFW. We will be reminding them of all the extra measures and precautions we are taking including offering separate dining in our private dining rooms Mon-Thu 7:00am – 10:00am.
