Standard Our standard headshot session includes a relaxing sixty minute session in our studio. This amount of time allows you to bring a couple different outfit options that you would meet your clients in, giving you variety when you review the image proofs.

For the $200 session fee, one headshot image is included.

Any additional image is $100 per image.

Mixer When a business has a group of five members or more, we have our mixer option. The headshot mixer is a great way for employees to mix and mingle while snacking on hors d’oeuvres. The mixer allows for each employee that is signed up to have a quick fifteen minutes in front of the camera with their one outfit. Plus your office can get a couple group shots as well. Each person signed up for the headshot mixer is $75, which includes one headshot image.

Any additional images that employees may need is $50 each.

Location If you would like something a little different than the standard in-studio headshot images, our photographers are able to go on location.

We are able to go to your business, or even outside at a park, for $200.

Production Once the photos are taken, we narrow down the images to our selected favorites. We upload the images onto a 48 hour online gallery for you to review the 10 to 15 images that we select.

After which you pick the image, or images, that you like.

Following this process, we retouch the image to brighten the eyes and teeth, get rid of any blemishes and fly away hairs.

We will then email the final image to you at which point you will be able to use the image for your business cards, or any promotional work.

What to Wear Ladies

• Your headshot should look like how you would meet clients.

• Wear a solid color shirt or shirts with subtle patterns.

• Avoid light pastel colors unless paired with a dark color.

• Keep your jewlery simple and classy, we want to focus on you!

• Make-up should be clean and natural.

• Don’t overstyle your hair or try new products the day of.

Gentleman • Your headshot should look like how you would meet clients.

• Wear a solid color shirt or shirts with subtle patterns.

• Bring different tie options if you want to add variety.

• Don’t worry about your shoes unless you want a full-length look.

• Shave the day of, we can remove cuts, but we can’t remove stuble.

Face & Nails Ladies

If you are having one of our professional hair and make up artists style you for your session, feel free to bring pictures of hair styles and make up that you like. It gives the artist an idea of the type of look you are going for. Be sure to wear a loose, light colored shirt with a large neckhole or a button up top for easy removal afte ryour make up and hair session. You don’t want to smudge your face with your favorite shirt.

Additionally, wash your face thouroughly before your session and apply a hydrating moisturizer. The foundation will apply more evenly if your face is prepped and ready before any color is applied.

Please GROOM your eyebrows so they look clean. There’s nothing more messy than errant hairs! Do not have your eyebrows waxed for at least a week before your session. It can cause a lot of redness and swelling. In some case, even scabbing.

Gentleman Please wash your face thouroughly before your session.

Try to avoid using products containing salicylic acid at least 3 days before your session. It can leave your skin red and extremely dry which can look patchy and textured.

Also, groom your facial hair. There’s nothing more messy than errant hairs!
