HE chief enforcer of the Duterte administration’s deadly drug war has fled the Senate, where he had sought refuge this week to escape arrest for crimes against humanity, Senate President Alan Cayetano said.

"The sergeant at arms has confirmed that Senator Bato is no longer in the building," Cayetano said.
