Marcos orders DPWH to finish critical projects 'on time, under budget'

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday ordered the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to carry on with what he described as the “golden age of infrastructure” to improve mobility and connectivity.
