Maj. Marvin Aquino, Master Sgt. Romulo Meligrito, Staff Sgts. Nikko Dave Marquez and Mark Steven Sison, and Corporals Richard Gozum, Diosdado Villamor Jr. and Jaypee Mangilit were arrested on Friday.
