MARCOS LAYS DOWN LABOR AGENDA WITH TUCP, ALU OFFICIALS By Rey E. Requejo and Maricel V. EARS of a possible full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine have pushed the world price of oil close to $100 a barrel, a development that could slow down the country’s economic recovery.
