‘Herd immunity a tall order’ Galvez sees huge challenge amid low jab rate, vax supply shortage

HE government said achieving herd immunity by the end of the year remains a huge challenge as the only 4.5 percent of the target population have been fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, vaccine czar and National Task Force against COVID-19 chief implementer Carlito Galvez Jr. said.
