‘PH suffers major setback’ Cabral: We’re 10 steps back from square one; hospitals at high risk

FORMER Health secretary said the surge in coronavirus cases has set the country “10 steps back from square one,” as some Metro Manila hospitals have filled up 80 to 85 percent of their COVID-19 bed capacity, putting them in the “high risk” category.

“We are not back to square one. We are 10 steps back from square one,” former Health secretary Esperanza Cabral said in a statement posted by Dr. Tony Leachon on Twitter Wednesday.
