“Now is the time to show the are truly capable of doing” Since the SNP took control of the Scottish Executive in 2007, we have consistently delivered for Scotland. I am now asking you to put your trust in us again, and to re-elect a Scottish Government that is working for Scotland.

We have introduced reforms to Scottish democracy that have not been seen since devolution. We have a gender-balanced cabinet, paving the way for equality in our nation, and we aim to go further. This manifesto is our programme for government for the next five years.

We have delivered transparent and open governance, never seen before.

We have a cabinet that reflects the views of our party and of our country.

It is the defining mission of my leadership to unite our party and return home rule for Scotland. That is a mission that I am determined to fulfil.

The Scottish National Party is Scotland’s party, and we are - and always will be - Stronger for Scotland.

We have now achieved independence for our great nation, and as we join the nations of the world we must look to the future with an open mind on the type of country that we want to build.

Today, Scotland stands as a selfgoverning, independent nation, free from the oversight by corrupt politicians in Westminster.

The Scotland that I seek to build is a Scotland that is built on diversity and hope. A caring and nurturing Scotland that puts people before profit.

I want to build a healthier Scotland, with free prescriptions and better drug addiction services.

I want to see more funding awarded towards building new hospitals and GP practises.

I want to see more doctors and nurses in our National Health Service, and most importantly, I want to tackle our nations healthcare challenges with the fairness, dignity and respect that is required.

I want to bring free personal care for everybody in our country, with the introduction of a National Care Service over the course of the next parliament.

I will begin preparations to sub application to join the European Un and NATO.

I will build a government tha focused on delivering true progres all of Scotland.

Now is the time to seize opportunity and to begin to lay foundations of this new nation.

Now is the time to show the w what we Scots are truly capable doing.

Together, we can build the cou that all of us desire.

As Prime Minister, I will make it my mission to lead Scotland forward and towards greater progress. Progress that is good and beneficial to everybody that lives and works here in Scotland.

I want to see a Scotland that is a key player in the international community.

A self-governing, free and prosperous European nation is all that I have ever wanted - and we can achieve it.

Lower Taxes

Net-Zero Glasgow by 2035

We will freeze the Council Tax for the next five years, and gradually decrease the rate of taxation over the parliamentary term.

We will begin preparations to transform the city of Glasgow into a fully Net-Zero city by 2035.

New Ferries We will award funding for the construction of new ferries to better connect our island communities to the mainland.

Establish an LEZ for Edinburgh We will establish a low-emissions zone for the city of Edinburgh to increase air quality and reduce traffic congestion.

Establish an Oil Wealth Fund

Aberdeen Investment Programme

We will safeguard profits from Scottish Oil and use those funds to invest in Hospitals and Schools, and to invest in Children and Young People.

We will invest into Aberdeen like never before, and transform the city into a European powerhouse for renewable energy.

Expand Inverness Airport We will call on Highland Council to expand Inverness Airport with better facilities and a new railway station to connect commuters.

Free University Tuition The SNP will always protect free university tuition.

A new national park We will establish a new national park in the Highlands to protect our wildlife and our land.

Protect Gaelic We will protect the Gaelic language from extinction and invest into the promotion of our nations ancient tongue.
