Scotland and Wales have so much in common, so let’s show that we are resilient, and can live in the early days of new nations.

I have been SNP leader for only a few months, but I have seen the remarkable work that my own party has achieved in that sort time, and I know that we can work with our sister party Plaid Cymru, to build even better countries for the future generations to come.

We want to show the people that It’s Time for change. It’s Time to hold politicians in Westminster accountable for the promises that they make to each other and to the people. It’s Time to shake things up.

Our purpose, as parties that live in the earlier days of success, has always been to be radical and to make the changes that we need in today’s society. We believe that by working together, we can make that change come quicker and with a bigger impact.

The SNP and Plaid have a long history, and we want to use our experience with one and other as an example of how politics can be. We can work together, we just need to put our minds to it.

I have worked with Adam for only a short time, but I have gotten to know him really well, and we have a great understanding of what’s important to both of us.

You can place your trust in both of our parties to get the job done, because that's what matters to us. Not dodgy coalitions where parties can’t keep their promises, but true progress. That’s what matters - progress.

And progress has been made, and we can benefit even more of the already laid groundwork to create more progress in both of our countries.

Our intentions are to call out hypocrisy and lies, to call out the broken Westminster system, and our solutions to fix it.

It’s time for better politics.

IT’S TIME to call out the hypocrisy of Labour.

New Labour leaders feel like they have a right to abandon all former pledges, rather than uphold them.

3 Labour now align themselves with a party that is infamous for breaking key promises.

ADAM’S Introduction IT’S TIME to tell the people what Labour promised they would deliver to Wales, then backed down.

Labour leader John Spencer made lots of promises to Plaid, and the new leader has just thrown them out the window.

The former Labour leader promised Plaid that he would deliver an additional £1.2 billion each year for to the Welsh Budget, the new leader has chucked it out the window.

Labour promised the devolution of policing and justice to the Welsh Government, and now the new leader has said cheerio to that one too.

Labour promised to sign onto a Global Accord to Stop Emissions, to abolish the bedroom tax, and to have a living wage for all employees by 2020, but they chucked our agreement into the bin.

So, do you see a pattern emerging?

Support for Welsh STEM students, A guarantee that Wales won’t be dragged out of Europe against our will, and proper education on Welsh culture for new settlers and immigrants to Wales. All of these plans have now been abandoned by the Labour Party, because their new leader would rather work with the party that implements tuition fees, rather than the party that abolishes them.

These Broken Promises say much more about Labour leadership, than they do about Welsh Nationalism.

We wanted to help fight crime and tackle the backlog of cases in the justice system. We wanted to help get kids in Schools and meals on the table, Labour would rather abandon all of that and work with the Liberals.

IT’S TIME to take justice seriously.

Safer Streets We want to build safer countries for the communities that we represent, and that starts with bringing radical but needed changes to the devolution and justice systems It’s time that we take policing seriously and tackle the huge problems that Labour & the Tories have swept under the carpet.

We want to introduce legislation in both the Scottish Parliament and the Senedd that will tackle corruption and accountability issues that plague police forces across these islands.

But there is a more pressing matter that must be dealt with, the huge challenges that people in Wales face when they want policing issues to be dealt with. The Westminster system has created an imbalance of power between the Senedd and their own parliament, which means crimes are going unnoticed and peoples concerns are falling through the cracks.

Plaid Cymru will push for the devolution of Wales’ criminal justice system, and will call for the formation of distinct Welsh justice system, because that is what the people need if we, as a nation, want to tackle crime.

Scotland has a serious problem in regards to drugs, and we must take serious and radical action, the SNP are here to get the job done.

Since coming to power in 2007, we have already made Scottish streets safer, with over 1000 new bobbies on the beat, but that’s not enough to tackle an issue of such great importance. Drugs are tearing families and communities apart..

We propose to introduce 500 new police officers in the next 2 years, and introduce legislation that will deal with the drugs crisis that currently consumes a large portion of our justice system.

We will introduce legislation that will deal with the drugs crisis at a level of rehabilitation that is tough but compassionate.

We will treat addiction as an illness, and open new rehabilitation in each of Scotland’s cities by the end of 2020. Each of these centres will deliver the highest standard of care and will be fit to tackle this issue of such great magnitude.

Our plan includes people who come forward for rehabilitation given amnesty over all possession charges in regards to drugs. This does not include amnesty for distribution charges.

Both of our countries face issue over homelessness, and that’s why we want to tackle this issue with compassion and dignity.

We want Police Scotland and police forces in Wales to employ street coordinators that will offer advice, support, and a place to sleep for homeless people.

We live in 2015, we shouldn’t have people living on our streets and living without a warm place to sleep. It is a simple failure of governance.

We want to tackle hate crimes and all forms of discrimination that still exist today in Welsh and Scottish society.

We will introduce groundbreaking legislation that will seek to classify all hate crimes as enforceable crimes that will come with a minimum sentence of 2 years imprisonment.

Together, we can build a fairer and more equal society for all, safer communities and keeping people clean from drugs.

It’s time to take policing seriously.

IT’S TIME to rebuild our health services.

Healthcare The People of Scotland and Wales are entitled to proper health and social care services that they can rely upon in their times of need, and we have a plan for our NHS services and staff.

We want to employ a designated team of metal health professionals who will tackle childhood mental health problems with the dignity that is required.

It’s time to rebuild our health services after a long five years of Tory neglect and cuts, propped up and aided by the Liberal Democrats, are NHS services are at a breaking point.

We want to see sweeping reforms introduced in the CAMHS services in Scotland and Wales. We want to send a message to young people that mental health matters, and that the Government are there to provide them with the help and support that they need.

We want to build healthier nations for everyone who is represented by us, and that means introducing sweeping reforms to the NHS and care services across the UK.

We want to see ambulance services in Scotland and Wales improved, with 100 new paramedics in each country.

Our plan is focused on tackling the issues that matter, and step one of that will be to introduce a Junk Food Tax on large fast food chains. This tax will help to raise revenue to increase NHS spending and staffing, and to promote healthier eating habits.

We will fight to stop all further steps towards privatisation of our health services that the Westminster Government’s of the past have pushed for.

Staffing is a huge issue within today’s health services, and we have a serious solution to fix it.

We will introduce 500 new doctors to Wales, and 500 to Scotland. 500 new Nurses to Wales, and 500 to Scotland.

If we want health services that we can rely on, then we employ the right people at the right time in order for us to get the job done with the dignity, fairness and respect that the healthcare sector requires.

It’s time for health equality, with mental and physical health being treated just as serious as each other.

We want to introduce measures that will see more funding, staffing and services that are focused on deal with the mental health crisis that has caused unprecedented challenges.

We want to see better mental health services for doctors and nurses, who are often neglected as they care for others.

It’s time to invest in and rebuild our healthcare services.

IT’S TIME to shape the future, today.

The Future The future is built upon the actions of today, and as countries who’s futures are not set in stone, we want to act now to build the future for generations to come.

The future of Wales and Scotland will be on the ballot paper in the 2016 elections, and it will be our job to build that better future, together.

It;s time to shape the future, today, and the SNP and Plaid Cymru want the best possible futures for Scotland and Wales.

We want to see both of our countries remain in the European Union and the Single Market. We will reject all efforts by Westminster for a referendum on EU Membership if we do not believe that there is a credible mandate for it.

We intend to gather support for proper reforms to Westminster, including the abolition of the House of Lords and for it to be replaced by an elected second house.

We want to see MP’s take a pay cut, leaving more money to be spent on the NHS and other vital public services.

To us, it doesn’t matter if your Welsh, Scottish, British or anything else, all that matters is the future, and where we are headed together.

At the end of the day, we are all fighting for the best possible futures for our countries, so join us on our journey.

We are on a journey to stamp out heartless cuts and broken policies of Austerity. We resist all cuts to the NHS and to the devolved parliaments.

There is one solution to stop all cuts that are made from Westminster. That solution is independence.

The people of Scotland have spoken, and we will not call for a second referendum unless the people of Scotland make it crystal clear that they want one. At the end of the day, it’s about what the people want.

So if the people want one, Westminster must grant one - but it shouldn’t be Westminster’s to grant and give away. It should be Scotland and Wales’.

That’s why we call for the absolute devolution of the constitutional arrangements to the devolved parliaments by the end of 2016. This will prove to the people if Westminster truly care about them.

If a referendum on EU Membership does take place, we will stand in direct opposition to all efforts to leave the EU. It’s time to shape the future today.
