This is a family owned restaurant where food quality, Sanitation, authentic tastes and good service with reasonable prices are our main concerns. Our Chef owner started working in the first Thai restaurant of NY City in 1978. That was “The first Thai restaurant on the East Coast of the United States.” The chef and his wife also have experience in American and Italian restaurants while living in NYC and continue doing our own research and experiments on every dish before they appear on our menus.

Our History We had our own restaurant in New York City in 1986. The restaurant was reviewed by Mimi Sheraton, a powerful food columnist from the New York Times at that time, and had a very warm welcome from New Yorkers. Right: Owner, Daughter and Kaity Tong, Our special customer ( She was a Top Asian Anchor women of NY WPIX channel) at our NY restaurant on 9th Ave and 42nd street. (SIAM GRILL) Eats, the guide to the best restaurants in New York by Sylvia Carter, Food columnist of New York Times presented us on her book in 1988 along with another Thai restaurant (total of two Thai restaurants in her book). We thank her for introducing Siam Grill into the main stream of restaurants in NYC.

Dear Friends, Strange how life is, and how sometimes things that are meant to harm us end up helping us, that’s my story and I’d like to share it with you. It started off with a bad hip injury in college, 27 years ago. I was right in the middle of a soccer game and had the opportunity to be a hero by blocking a kicked ball from entering the goal. I jumped as high as I possibly could......I blocked that ball, but boy when I hit the ground, my right hip twisted and wrenched and I screamed in pain. The sports trainer and the coach came running onto the field as I lay in agony. Next day I find myself in an Ortho office getting a nice BIG shot in my hip and 2 pill bottles for pain and off I went. Thankfully I hadn’t broken anything, but I also knew things weren’t right with my hip and lower body as I hobbled to my car with help from a friend. That was the start of the injury that changed my life. Now you might know the next part of the story as you probably have lived it some time or another. The shot in my hip helped ease the pain, and the pain killers helped me to sleep but as the weeks went on, my hip problem kept resurfacing and I couldn’t play soccer or do much of anything athletic like I had enjoyed my whole life. Basically the drugs just kept covering up my symptoms and pain. As chance would have it, a friend on my team had an uncle he said was a doctor who could help and I was up for some relief, so off I went. When I got there I realized his uncle was a chiropractor. I’ve got to admit, I was a little nervous the first time I went into the office. I didn’t know what to expect and adjustments seemed a bit scary. The Doc explained everything to me in great detail before my first adjustment and told me there was a good chance they could help by taking the pressure off my muscles and nerves. Within the 1st week of adjustments I started to notice changes and into my 3rd week my hip pain was almost gone. I was so excited that
