OUR FAMILY HISTORY CONTINUED Springfield-Joplin Location After leaving Springfield-Joplin, We came back to Atlanta to help manage our friend’s restaurant in Lawrenceville for a few months, and started looking for a suitable new location. we had traveled through Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Denver, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, California and Arizona.

We spent a whole year searching in 2011, but could not find a place that fit our criteria. We finally found the current location by referral of a friend, and it was just the kind of place we were looking for. We called it: “Insee Thai Cuisine” which is on Eagles Landing Blvd. Insee means Eagle in the Thai language, and that is where the name of this restaurant comes from. Since Eagles are king of birds, Insee Thai restaurant should be an outstanding Thai restaurant. As the name implies, we try very hard to be that way by combining all the experience we have into creating and preparing a menu that appropriate for this location. The chef owner makes sure all ingredients are fresh and best quality. You don’t have to pay premium prices for authentic delicious dishes.

If you looking for a restaurant that you can trust and rely on, here are the critical concepts you should look for: • Experience of the operators • Quality of food ingredients • Taste of the dish you order that suite your taste buds and can be ordered the way you like.
