In June of 2011, 26 acres were purchased in Lovejoy with a vision of building fields to hold tournaments for baseball and softball. That vision has transformed into creating a venue to develop life and work skills for the young people in the local and regional community by developing partnerships with businesses, public and private education, and sports organizations.
