In June of 2011, 26 acres were purchased in Lovejoy with a vision of building fields to hold tournaments for baseball and softball. That vision has transformed into creating a venue to develop life and work skills for the young people in the local and regional community by developing partnerships with businesses, public and private education, and sports organizations.
Providing children with disabilities a place to play baseball on a typical baseball field, make plays in the field, and round the bases in wheelchairs or walkers just like their healthy peers on a safe surface.
