Long range shooter that is capable of knocking shoots at a high percentage from three point range.

An elite scorer that has the offensive tools to be able to score if given the opportunity. A rare offensive weapon.

Elite shot blocker with great timing and leaping ability.

Defensive oriented player that can defend the opposing teams top scorer, hot hand, or disrupt an offense.

A player that sets up his teammates with playmaking and initiation.

FORECAST Chet has the skills to contribute right away. His ability to shoot, pass, and put the ball on the floor is a huge asset in today’s game. Depending on how he’s used will determine a lot. He fits better as a screen and pop type player. Chet reminds me a lot of Kristaps Porzingis.

FORECAST Jabari is one of the more skilled and talented players in this class. His ability to create space and get his own shot is why I would take him at number 1. He reminds me of a young Shareef Abdur Rahim, extremely fluid off the dribble at 6’10 with good technique. Jabari will become a 20 point scorer by his 3rd year in the NBA.

FORECAST I love Paolo’s versatility and physicality on both ends of the court. His great size and strength will make him an immediate contributor no matter what team drafts him. He can knockdown shots and finish in traffic. He’s a mix between Michael Beasley and Ben Simmons. I would draft him number 1 if it was me. His archetype will serve him well at the NBA level. Potential star in my eyes.

STAMPS FORECAST Terrific scorer in traffic, great upper body strength, and control. Has a nose for scoring in the clutch. Excellent change of direction. Not great percentages across-the-board but his knack to score and create plays gives a team something to work with. A second round pick with some bang for your buck first-round qualities.

FORECAST Rollins has a fluid style of play. Always is under control, knows how to create separation, and has a knack for making tough shots. Ryan reminds me a lot of Anfernee Simons without the leaping ability but style wise they have similar traits. A top 20 pick in my eyes and one of the better basketball players in this draft. The reason a lot of teams aren’t talking about Ryan is because he isn’t a high flyer. His film is filled with CJ McCollum type of skill baskets and great reads against the defense. Ryan is extremely cerebral and is one of my top hidden gems in this year‘s draft. Rayn is 1 of 5 sophomores to reach 1,000pts over the last two seasons.

FORECAST A Power Guard that can score using his strong upper body.

Built like a football player but has a great stride and feel for the game. Great team oriented player that can stretch the defense with his range. Didn’t shoot the ball well but has the tools to improve. Free-throw shooting is a concern. The NBA level he will be asked to be a defender and catch and shoot guy. An early second round talent. Desmond Bane is what Trevor should look to when finding a role with a team.

FORECAST Excellent basketball player that plays the game the right way. Always under control, plays within himself, and has number one option ability. A great rebounder from the shooting guard position. Even though Paolo is the favorite NBA prospect on the Duke team. I can see Wendell carving out a productive role at the NBA level.

A lottery pick in my eyes. He already has an established identity. Those kind of players translate immediately.

FORECAST EJ is a big physical scorer that loves delivering contact. He has the perfect mix of perimeter and old school back to the basketball game. Reminds me a lot of David West when he won college national player of the year in 2001. Big, strong, punishing scorer. A lot of times EJ punished defenders in college with his physicality. He’s a very good shooter. But the question is can his foot speed hold up at the NBA level?

Should be a late first round pick to early second round.

FORECAST Malaki is the prototypical shooting guard great size, great technique, and IQ. Terrific catch and shoot player that can thrive in the NBA setting. Does a great job of setting up defenders and getting into his spots and elevating. The former Mr. basketball of Ohio that attended LeBron‘s alma mater Saint Vincent Saint Mary’s has all the tools to make a splash at the next level. He has lottery level talent.

FORECAST A Clint Capella type of arch type with an excellent motor and defensive timing. A great live threat, and underrated low post score, and a good free-throw shooter at 73. 5%. He gives teams that interior presents and rim protection. I like this kid.

Julian is a multi faceted player. Terrific scorer, excellent rebounder, good defender, and physical. Quick hands and defense of awareness. Great inside/outside threat. I really love this kids game, he has first round draft material. A for sure hidden gem. Teams will be surprised by how productive he is. It will take the right team to draft Julian for us to see his true value.

FORECAST Jordan brings ultra versatility to a team immediately. He is one of the best initiators in this draft class with his ability to read coverages and make guys around him better. A team first type of player that is great in a locker room. Jordan reminds me of Kyle Anderson. Could be a great early second round pick 30-35 range that could carve his way onto a team to contribute for a long time.

Mosley was the most dynamic offense weapon in college basketball that very few knew about. A strategic tough efficient shot maker with a NBA scoring skill set that served him well.

He can score in a variety of ways off the dribble, off the ball, in transition, etc. A 50-40-90 player that is every bit of a draft pick.

I love his value in the early second round. Mosley is the only player in this draft class that gets my juggernaut badge. The highest offensive honor. He ranked number 2 in the nation in isolation scoring. He will be going to college this year, so stash his scouting report away. Talk soon.

FORECAST Johnny displayed flashes of being a NBA scorer when you watch his tape. Great prototypical size at 6’6 and great technique. A three level scorer with good offensive awareness and pace.

Last year was looked at as a first round pick. This season was hampered by a few nagging injuries but still Johnny showed enough skills to intrigue NBA teams. Go back and watch his tape on January 20 against Utah and you’ll see the NBA type of Juzang.

May slide into the second round BUT he has the tools to stick somewhere.

FORECAST Great lower body strength and feel around the basket. Not a great athlete but good enough athlete. Can step out and hit the college three pointer. Reminds me of Carlos Boozer a tad. Strong build and respectable scorer.

FORECAST Braun has a terrific motor and excellent offensive awareness. Moves well without the ball, has deceptive speed, and mobility. Reminds me a lot of Kevin Huerter and could be a solid rotation player down the line. He has the tools to help a team that needs a floor spacer.

A very good slasher as well, shot 49% from the field.

Efficient basketball player that thrives in space and pace type basketball.

FORECAST Great spark player with a great motor and athleticism. Statistically nothing great on paper but only average 14 minutes per game. With more minutes I could see his averages being more like 14 points and 8 rebounds. Good size, good strength, that has a nose for the ball. There’s value in high energy guys. Josh is one of them.

FORECAST Watson didn’t have a huge showing at UCLA but the measurable‘s are all there. Has that prototypical wing size that NBA teams fall in love with. Excellent length, great slasher, and could be a great defender in the future. I believe you will have to be patient with a prospect like Watson and not ask him to do too much right away. The skills are there he just needs more time.

Tremendous feel for the game with an excellent shooters stroke. Colorado ran a lot of sets for him coming off pin downs for jumpers and then they would post him up as well. Reminds me a lot of Trey Murphy coming out of the draft last year but not as athletic. I love this kids upside.

FORECAST I love his tenacity on both ends of the floor. Keon is a shut down type of defender that still gives you offensive production. Averaged just under two steals per game, excellent shooting touch from deep, and great quickness. With Marcus Smart winning defensive player of the year this will enhance the stock of players like Keon Ellis. First round draft pick material.

FORECAST Shaedon has become an enigma in this draft class.

Teams are skeptical in what they will get. In High School, Shaedon reminded me of a bigger version of Jalen Green. Explosive, quick, strong, with a good motor. A first round talent but does he have enough to sway a team to take him in the lottery? All in all I like his archetype.

FORECAST Tevin has been one of the best college three point shooters over the last three years. His ability to stretch the defense and initiate offense has served him well thus far. His ability to play without the ball, move off screens, and draw fouls is what’s intriguing going into the next level. He plays a winning brand of basketball and never shies away from the big moment. I love this kid as a second round pick.

Tyson has maybe the most intriguing storyline of all of the draft prospects this season. Here’s a kid that was recruited by one coach, came into Wichita State and his coach that recruited him was fired. He started with a new coach and still won AAC player of the year in 20-21.

But the following year Wichita State just wasn’t able to recruit like they wanted to due to the pandemic. Through all of that Tyson still was able to show many instances of a NBA player on a depleted roster. Tyson’s ability to get his own shot, to knock down shots on catch and shoot scenarios and his overall leadership is what intrigues me. Tyson has been a product of bad timing within the program but make no mistake about it, this kid is a draft pick. Just turn on the Arizona tape and enjoy.

FORECAST I got a phone call about Dyson three years ago from one of my friends in Australia and she said that Daniels comes from a crop of great athletes, mom, dad, brothers, and sisters. Watching his film I love his versatility, his size, and his ability to rebound. Dyson is one of those players that can make a instant impact depending on the team’s need and where he goes. Given the fact, of his athletic background, this kid has the makeup to have a long career in the NBA.

FORECAST Lee is a terrific catch and shoots player that has great size and instincts. His ability to move without the ball, find open areas of the floor, and quick release make him a sought-out draft pick. Shot 38% from three this season and the year before shot 44% from three. Could be the ultimate floor spacer, especially for a team that has ball-dominant guards like Charlotte, Atlanta, and Philly. Lee should be a value pick in the second round.

FORECAST Jaden will enter the NBA with a dominant skill trait that translates from day one and that’s his jump shooting. His style of play is timeless also with the ability to get his own shot. The perfect floor spacer that can complement your team’s best play maker.

He has terrific combo moves and counters to score in a variety of ways. He’s an underrated play maker and could serve as a play initiator on occasion. Reminds me of Buddy Hield with his shot-making ability. I would love for teams like Atlanta, Memphis, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit, Pelicans, or Toronto to utilize his skills. A top 5 player/talent in this draft.

FORECAST Ivey brings excitement and a high level of athleticism to the game. His ability to get around defenders with his quick first step will serve him well at the NBA level. Ivey is fantastic in open court, has great upper body strength, and has a toaster oven scorers mentality. Still has tons of room to grow from an initiator standpoint and he’s a tad bit raw when it comes to his dribbling mechanics, but he has a highlight-worthy type game. Ivey’s best days are ahead.

Will be a good complimentary player in the NBA.

I could see him contributing right away with teams like Atlanta, Utah, Phoenix, and Chicago.

FORECAST Jalen‘s physicality sets him apart from any other prospect in this year‘s draft. He has terrific agility, hands, and footwork. Jalen can come in right away and contribute to a franchise. His ability to rebound, play with his back to the basket and rim protect will make him a very productive player. I don’t think he’ll be a number 1 or 2 option in the NBA but he’ll be a bruisertype contributor.

FORECAST Watching Patrick early on reminded me of Michael Porter Junior.

Long lanky jump shooter with terrific technique. He wasn’t able to display a lot at the college level due to playing on the mid-major platform in which defenses were focused on shutting him down every game. The NBA style of play will open up more for him and he’ll get a chance to showcase more of his skill set. I still have questions a little bit about his motor and his athleticism as far as being a prototypical two-way player but he has enough potential that he can turn into a solid player one day.

FORECAST AJ is a fantastic catch and shoot player with great size and strength. Moves well without the ball and plays an efficient brand of basketball. He has the capabilities to be a solid defender and role player at the next level.

I do believe that Griffin has more to his skill set than what he showed at the college level. I’m interested to see him expand on his game once he’s drafted.

He possesses deceptive speed and strength to help him score against tough defenders. He’s very good in the post, he can make tough shots, and he plays the game strategically. The Big 10 POTY has the tools to bring some immediate scoring to a team in need.

FORECAST Kendall‘s game is tailor made for the NBA. He’s fast, twitchy, athletic, and lanky. The perfect two-way Swiss Army knife.

NBA teams love these type of players because they don’t need the ball to make an impact. Kendall‘s development will be key to whoever drafts him but he’s worth the pick. He’s still rough around the edges as far as a basketball player but his raw talent has served him well up to this point. I don’t see Kendall playing right away in the NBA but over time he will get his shot.

FORECAST Ingram plays the game at a steady pace. Very strategic and crafty around the basket. Provides great versatility on both ends of the court. He’s not great at anything but he’s good at everything. A late first-round pick or very early second-round pick. Ingram has a throwback traditional style. He mixes up his skills really well during the course of a game. A draft and stash pick for a team.

FORECAST The ACC player of the year transferred in from Oklahoma and brought excitement to Wake Forest.

Alondes one-on-one ability is his calling card. He has terrific body control excellent vision and great athleticism. Alondes is one of my favorite prospects in this draft. A first-round pick in my eyes and could be a good spark coming off the bench in his career.

FORECAST Tari’s ascension from his freshman year to sophomore year is top-tier.

His improvement from 7.4 pts to 16.9pts, free-throw percentage from 57. 4 to 80. His three point percentage from 24% to a respectable 35%, his field-goal percentage from 46% to 52%, and most importantly his overall impact on a game. A rangy 6’8 dual forward that has played his way into lottery consideration. What makes Tari even more intriguing is he didn’t play a ton of minutes which shows he’s a high end “bang for your buck type player”. Reminds me a lot of Herb Jones when he was coming out of college. A plug and play type player that gives your team an offensive initiator.

FORECAST McGowen’s is one of my favorite prospects in this year‘s draft. Fantastic slashing scorer that has tremendous range on his jumpshot. He plays well without the ball and has a competitive streak. I studied this film against Ohio State on March 1 and he was the most impressive player on the floor. He’s not a great facilitator but he can get by defenders at will and create opportunities for himself. He may be the best tough shot maker in this draft class. Could be the steal of this year‘s draft.

FORECAST Super high energy hybrid post that loves physicality. The ideal glue guy that manufactures his own offense. Great motor, great activity, and a player that gets under your skin with his antics. Reminds me of Brandon Clark when the Memphis Grizzlies drafted him a few years ago. Jeremy serves well as a switchable defender that thrives in doing the dirty work for his team. Won’t score a ton at the NBA level but will come up with a lot of 50/50 balls and being a disrupter on defense.

He gives them size, shot-blocking, and a player that can score on occasion. Must work on his switch-out defense so he doesn’t become a liability against a lot of those iso wing defenders. Should be a lottery pick.

FORECAST Max only scored in double figures 13 times out of 36 games but he’s shown flashes of skill in a couple of those. Played a team-leading 30.8 minutes per game. But this kid has some NBA tools in his traits. Great jab stepper, can move fluently off the ball, and has a solid foundation on his shot. Sometimes it’s hard to gauge a kids skill traits in that Michigan State system but if you really break down Max’s film you can see he has a lot of talent. If he goes back to school he could become a premier player in the Big Ten.

FORECAST When I look at this kid play I see a raw athlete.

He does a good job of rim running, protecting the paint, and being a lob threat. High motor, high energy, and great instincts. Does a good job of defending quicker wings which is a huge trait you must have for the NBA level. He has a second-round grade from me but could be drafted in the first round.

His first step is as explosive of any player in this draft class. He has a tremendous burst off the dribble and he can get his own shot whenever he wants. Loves to make big plays down the stretch, he loves to compete, and he plays with such passion. Percentages weren’t great and he needs to become a better free-throw shooter but this kid has the tools to play at the NBA level right away. Blake reminds me of Bones Hyland but faster and more explosive. Defensively he closes in on the ball very quickly, he possesses great instincts and has a super motor. I would take this kid in the lottery.

I love his trajectory.

Regardless, the passing and creation flashes are very enticing and could be hard to pass up.

He runs the floor super hard which when paired with his athleticism, allows him to thrive in transition. He is also a very strong shot-blocker as a primary or secondary defender with his good timing. Ismael is still very raw and has areas to improve like his finishing around the rim and catching but if he figures those things out, he can be a rotational big that provides elite vertical spacing.

These traits make him a small ball 4 at the next level but figuring out who he will be able to guard on the defensive end may be the challenge. Guards will be too quick and bigs may be too tall.
