WHEREAS: This property is subject to the following liens: Senior Liens: None. On February 1, 2022, the Court entered Judgment in favor of plaintiff, Banesco USA (“Banesco”) and against defendants, Centro Citopatológico del Caribe, Inc.; Oficinas del Centro, Inc.; Puerto Rico Institute of Pathology, Inc.; Eliud López Vélez; and Cristina Gómez D’Angelo; (“Defendants”). As of February 27, 2020, Defendants owe Banesco the total amount of $1,380,025.92 consisting of $974,721.66 of principal, plus interest at a rate of $216.54 per diem. The interest continues to accrue until the debt is paid in full. Defendants also owe Banesco accrued late charges and any other advance, charge, fee or disbursements made by Banesco on behalf of Defendants, in accordance with the mortgage deeds, plus costs, charges and disbursements, expenses, plus the amount of $220,550.00 in attorneys’ fees. The amounts owed by codefendant Centro Citopatológico will be satisfied only with the proceedings obtained from the judicial sale of the property.
