Teressa shared that “Since the age of 14, my journey in fitness and wellness has been a continuous evolution driven by a deep-rooted commitment to empowering individuals toward holistic health. I have now been a part of the fitness and wellness industry for over 25 years and have experience in corrective exercise, functional movement, strengthconditioning,personal training,andnutritionconsulting”
Teressa has navigated the sedentary challenges of working at a desk job for many years and witnessed firsthand the repercussions of a lack of movement on overall well-being. Hands-on experience paired with her academic background has fortified her belief in the transformative power of consistent exercise and good nutrition.
Teressa has a Bachelors of Science in International Business, Psychology, and Kinesiology from Liberty University as well as a Masters in Exercise Science and Wellness from Liberty University. Teressa is trained in assisted stretching, personal training, group training, corrective exercise, nutrition, and flexibility/balance.

Meet Dalton Dewayne Chase, born June 7, 2024 at Doctors Hospital, to Justin and Peyton Chase. 7lbs, 11 oz., & 20.5" long. Dalton was welcomed home by big brother, Levi, and puppy dog, Chase. Proud grandparents are Monty C. Clark ( Water Utilities Mechanical) and Lynne B Clark ( Tax Commissioner’s Office ), and Bobby and Cheryl Chase of Harlem. Levi is so excited to have a baby brother !
