Thissummer,thecountywillbestartingtwolargeconstructionprojectswithaJusticeCenteraddition andanew“BuildingA”Duetothenecessaryconstructionzones,wewillbeimplementinganassigned parkingplanforemployeesinordertohelpmaintainsafety,organization,andtrafficflow

Thingsyouneedtoknow:

EmployeesthatnormallyparkontheEvanscampuswillhaveanassignedparkingspacetouseona dailybasis

Ifsomeoneisparkedinyourassignedspace,temporarilyparkinvisitorparking-notinanother employee’sspace.ReportthetagnumberofthecarinyourspacetoHRbycalling706-868-3300. Theywilllookupthetagtodetermineifitbelongstoanotheremployeeoravisitor.

Ifitbelongstoanotheremployee,HRwillcallthatemployeetoaskthemtomovetotheir assignedspace

Ifitbelongstoavisitor,youwillneedtocheckbackperiodicallyandmoveintoyourassigned spacewhenyoucan.

Avoidparkinginsomeoneelse’sassignedspaceduringbusinesshoursevenifthatspaceisempty. Thatemployeemaybecominginlateduetoanappointment,etc.

EmployeesthatarenotassignedtotheEvansCampusonadailybasisaretousevisitorparking whentheyneedtodoshort-termbusinessontheEvansCampus Forlong-termbusiness/meetings, theseemployeeswillneedtouseLotFbehindProcurementsothatwedon’tfillupvisitorparking.

EmployeesthatdriveacountyvehiclewillparkintheCountyVehicleLotbesideEvansTowne CenterPark TheseemployeeswillusevisitorparkingontheEvansCampusforshort-term meetings Forlong-termmeetings,theywillparkthecountyvehicleinLotFbehindProcurementto preservevisitorparking
