On March 1, 2024, the CDC relaxed its guidance for people that contract COVID. Now it is recommended that COVID be treated as any other respiratory virus such as the flu. If someone contracts COVID or the flu, he/she should be improving and fever free for 24 hours without the need for medicine before being around others. Our Spring Job Fair date is quickly approaching If you know any family members or friends that would make great county employees, please let them know about this job fair.
Don’t forget to tell them to use your name on their application as the person that referred them so that you can earn a day of PTO if they get hired. Nutrition Class- (This class will discuss ways t incorporate healthier food choices in your diet such as meal planning, grocery shopping help, and meal preparation tips.
Cardio and Strength- (Weighted and body weight exercises that targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and fat loss.)
Total Burner (A full body workout that will help you improve endurance and coordination while engaging the entire abdominal core, legs, arms, and back 12:00 noon
Express Workout- (A condensed workout that won’t wear you out but will still be effective. (30 Minutes)
