CDC Changes COVID Isolation Guidance

On March 1, 2024, the CDC relaxed its guidance for people that contract COVID. Now it is recommended that COVID be treated as any other respiratory virus such as the flu. If someone contracts COVID or the flu, he/she should be improving and fever free for 24 hours without the need for medicine before being around others. There is no automatic five day isolation rule any more. More info ti b
