gullIkIt kk3 mAx
I know it’s easy to blame your tools whilst gaming, but controllers really do make a world of difference. The Gullikit KK3 Max is a versatile pro‑style controller that offers impressive performance and customisation at a mid‑range price. It has an ergonomic shell, similar in feel to an Xbox pad yet slightly more compact which is good for my dinky paws.
Underneath the shell you’ll find Hall effect joysticks and triggers, meaning precise analogue input and resistance to drift over time features often reserved for premium models. This combination can give the Xbox Elite Series 2 a run for its money, all while remaining more affordable.
The Gulikit KK3 MAX's Maglev Vibration Motor performs well in terms of response frequency, response speed and strength. There are three vibration modes and two vibration strengths, giving you six different vibration options.
The connectivity is flexible with wired USB‑C or wireless via a 2.4 GHz dongle (both offering 1 000 Hz polling), plus Bluetooth for mobile use options. The battery life will give you around 15 hours of play with the lighting on, extending it to 28hours with the RGB off. It comes with a hard case with ample extras including spare face plates, paddles and a button tool.
However, nothing in this life is perfect. It does have a fiddly device‑switching process and a lack of dedicated software. It is also worth noting that the thumbsticks are not swappable. It also lacks cross console support. Other features include the six Axis Gyroscope, adjustable joystick sensitivity, assisted aiming function, GFU new surface treatment process and the GuliKit patented "Hyperlink" adapter.
CONsOle COmpAt IBIl I ty.
Overall, the Gullikit KK3 Max offers great performance, premium feel and advanced features like Hall effect sensors and rear paddles at an excellent price. It may lack cross‑console support (no Xbox or PlayStation compatibility), and it leans more on manual button shortcuts than companion software. But for PC, Switch, mobile or Steam Deck users seeking a high‑end feel without breaking the bank, it's a strong contender with few flaws. the g ull I k I t kk3 m A x Is A W ellBu Ilt, feAture pAC ked CON trOller WI th h A ll effeC t st IC ks , greAt CONN eC t I v I ty AN d COmfOrt, But l AC ks sOft WA re suppOrt AN d

ryZON CyClINg BIB shOrts meN
The Ryzon Cycling Bib Shorts for men at first glance looked modern with a minimalist design that reflects the brand’s focus on high quality materials and engineering, no gimmicks. They have been built with long distance comfort in mind, the Italian ECONYL fabric (100% regenerated fibres from nylon waste such as fishing nets, old carpets, and industrial plastic) is lightweight, quick drying and breathes well. Particularly good for temperature regulation even on hot summer rides and tough inclines. The material also has medium compressive which supports the muscles without feeling restrictive.
The laser cut edges and seamless construction around the legs give a second skin feel and eliminates the risk of chafing, if you have ever had a rough seam niggle at the start of a race day you know it can easily draw blood by the end.
The antibacterial Italian chamois pad offers just the right balance of cushioning and responsiveness. It is not overly bulky but still provides excellent support even after several
hours (up to 6 7) in the saddle. The placement and design of the pad show clear attention to detail and male rider’s bodies.
The bib straps are soft and stretchy, sitting comfortably across the shoulders without digging in or shifting during the ride. The mesh panel at the back helps with moisture escape and allows for air circulation. The elastic leg cuffs with silicone gripper helps to ensure the bib remains in place and doesn’t require mid ride adjustment. They also wash out well, even after multiple rides, the bib shorts still look and feel like new. There is no sign of sagging or stitching issues, which speaks volumes about the build quality.
Creeping in at the higher end of the price range, these shorts are an investment, but for riders who are racking up serious miles, they are worth every penny. The combination of thoughtful design, premium materials and rider focused comfort make the Ryzon Cycling Bib Shorts a top choice for anyone looking to upgrade their kit.

70mAI 4k OmNI
The 70mai 4K Omni Dash Cam stands out from the dash cam crowd immediately due to its 360 degree rotating lens front video and drop down design. It offers both in‑car and road coverage using a motorised turret, recording in 4K at up to 60fps with a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor. The images are ultra sharp even in low light conditions thanks to features like Night Owl Vision and Lumi Vision. The rear camera that comes in the bundle records in full HD (1080p at 30fps) and offers clear enough images to read licence plates and view rear activity.
Its ability to pivot through approximately 340 degrees combined with a wide 140 degree field of view gives effectively full surveillance coverage from a single mounting point. The unit can pan to follow motion detected nearby, making it especially useful for parking mode protection when hardwired and paired with the optional 4G kit.
Voice control enables hands‑free activation for vlogging inside the car or focusing on incidents. The animated avatar ‘MaIX’ on the 1.4‑inch colour display adds both charm and clear orientation features.
The app makes it easy to setup, configuration of the start position, video settings and parking alerts. Wi‑Fi 6 support enables fast video transfers, GPS logging and driver assist alerts for lane departure and forward collision detection. The next generation AI Motion Detection 2.0 and dual Hall Effect Sensors, offers smooth rotation and precise human targeting. You can check in on your car and its surroundings whilst you are parked up and it will also send you notifications of suspicious behaviour or collisions.
That tall, bulbous shape is going to be a deal breaker for some as it can hang low from windshields in smaller vehicles and be tricky to remove for cleaning or transferring. The rear camera is fixed and lacks motion detection or alerts. In summary, the 70mai 4K Omni delivers superb front‑facing 4K footage, flexible 360 degree coverage, motion tracking and solid driver‑aid features. While the quirky design may not suit every vehicle or taste, its comprehensive feature set, smart parking mode and clear video performance make it a great choice for vloggers and safety‑conscious drivers alike.

The Native Union Voyage 2‑in‑1 Magnetic Wireless Charger is a clever little travel companion that makes keeping your devices topped up without any hassle. It’s a compact Qi2‑certified pad that neatly folds around a soft rubber hinge, snapping closed with magnets to keep it secure. When you unfold it and you have two charging surfaces, one for your iPhone (up to fifteen watts) and the other for an Apple Watch, or even AirPods, charging at five watts. Despite its light weight at around 105 grams and the slim profile, the Voyage feels solid in the hand and durable enough to withstand the rough and tumble of regular travel. It comes with a neatly braided USB‑C cable and a canvas travel pouch, though you will need to supply a good quality 27 W PD charger yourself, as this is not included. A handy feature is that you can stand your phone in landscape mode while it charges, unlocking StandBy mode for calls or streaming. The watch surface can also flip upright, serving as a mini stand during Nightstand mode. The magnetic alignment is reliable, ensuring the phone doesn’t slip which is useful whilst on the move on trains and planes for example.
The performance isn’t the fastest but it is dependable, delivering the full fifteen watts to compatible iPhones, while the watch puck provides fast charging for Series 7 and newer models.
Overall, the Native Union Voyage is a polished, travel‑friendly charger that balances design and function in a neat package. It isn’t the cheapest option around, but its build quality, dual‑device capability, and thoughtful stand modes justify the roughly price point. If you travel with Apple gear regularly, this charger is a very handy companion.

When the weather heats up, nothing beats a cold drink with fresh ice so the CASO IceChef Compact Ice Cube Maker couldn’t have arrived at a better time. It doesn’t look like our summers are going to get any cooler any time soon, so this is a good addition to the home for keeping cool during hot days. It is designed to sit comfortably on a kitchen counter or garden table, taking up about the same space as a four slice toaster.
This compact machine can produce up to twelve kilograms of bullet shaped ice cubes per day, with the first batch ready in just six to seven minutes…that’s really quite impressive. You can choose between two cube sizes depending on drink preferences.
The design is modern and finished in attractive matte black with a clear viewing window on top. A one litre water tank feeds the ice making process, and indicator lights let you know when the basket is full or when the water needs topping up. The removable ice tray and included scoop make serving straightforward and mess free, better than whacking ice trays on the counter top and scattering ice all over the place.
Another thoughtful feature is the cleaning mode. Simply press a button and the machine will clean itself, saving time and effort. It also runs very quietly at around forty two decibels, making it suitable for indoor use without disruption. Weighing just over six kilograms, the IceChef is light enough to move from kitchen to garden with ease. While the price is high, it is good value for the convenience and performance it offers. Over time, it pays for itself when compared to buying bags of ice or using slow freezer trays.
Overall, the CASO IceChef Compact Ice Cube Maker is a smart and reliable choice for keeping cool in warm weather. It is easy to use, quick to deliver results, and adds a touch of convenience to any summer gathering.

epOmAker f65 prO
The first of many Epomakers we received this month is the F65 Pro and as expected from this brand it appeared at first sight to be a polished compact board. The volume knob is a cheeky standout feature that has a clean metal finish which feels premium, it can also be used to quickly toggle the RGB modes as well as audio.
At roughly 711g, it has a reassuring weight without being bulky, and the gasket‑mounted design combined with five layers of foam delivers a soft and satisfying typing experience. There are two options to choose from the Icesoul Switch or Ice Crystal Switch, they’re great for suitable for writing and quick gaming taps so its down to personal preference.
Connectivity is flexible, offering wired USB‑C, 2.4 GHz wireless, and Bluetooth. Performance is solid across the board with wired and dongle modes running at 1000 Hz polling, while Bluetooth is ideal for casual use. Note though, if you want to enter BIOS or play lag‑free games, wired or 2.4 GHz is best.
The visuals are strong, the RGB shines brightly through the double‑shot PBT “topo” keycaps, and side‑lighting adds a neat flair. You can cycle patterns via the knob or use PC software for per‑key customisation. The PC plate and clear switch housings really help soften and diffuse the light. Other features include 65% compact gasket design, flex cut PC plate and fine tuned stabilisers. The built in battery is long lasting due to its 4000mAh capacity and personalisation is easy thanks to the full key hot swappable pre lubed switches.
There are few drawbacks. It lacks adjustable feet, so the typing angle is fixed, this isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but maybe an issue for some. Also, the US layout may trip up UK users due to symbol placement.
For its price this board is a terrific entry into hot‑swappable wireless mechanical keyboards. The typing experience is satisfying, the build is solid, and the knob plus RGB make it feel special. If you can live with a fixed angle and US layout, the Epomaker F65 Pro is a compact champ.

Next up we have the Epomaker Galaxy65 is a compact 65% layout with 66 keys and 1 knob. It comes in a Black or Silver option with the Silver featuring a pastel blue and green coloured keys. It is ideal for those who want something a little different from the usual black or white keyboards without being too flashy.
Build quality is solid thanks to the use of premium materials and a gasket mounted structure. This gives the keyboard a soft and cushioned typing feel that is noticeably more comfortable than many similarly priced boards. The included PBT keycaps are durable and have a nice textured finish, and the symbols are clear and well printed. The keyboard uses hot swappable sockets which makes it easy to change switches without soldering, allowing users to tailor the feel to their liking.
Performance wise, the Galaxy65 is responsive whether for typing or gaming, key presses register cleanly and there is no noticeable input lag. The stabilisers are well tuned out of the box with minimal rattle on larger keys like the spacebar and enter.
The Galaxy65 supports wired and wireless modes including Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz and USB C, with a reliable connection in all modes. The 4000mAh rechargeable battery life is also good, lasting several days even with moderate RGB use. Software customisation is available through Epomaker’s own software, which allows for remapping keys and adjusting lighting.
Overall, the Epomaker Galaxy65 is a great choice for anyone looking to upgrade to a compact mechanical keyboard without breaking the bank. It offers impressive build quality, versatile features and a comfortable typing experience.

epOmAker he80
The HE80 is stylish but not over the top, with a clean layout and a hint of 90s flair thanks to its four transparent keys. The 75 percent layout keeps things compact while still providing all the essential keys (82 in total). The creamy gasket mount design, combined with four layers of sound dampening material, delivers an incredibly smooth and responsive typing experience. It also features a magnetic effect that allows for adjustable sensitivity, resulting in a light and effortless feel. You can customise how far you need to press a key before it registers, with precision down to 0.01 millimetres, a great bonus for anyone looking to fine tune their setup.
The keycaps feel premium, with a soft texture that is pleasant to touch and a sound profile that is satisfyingly quiet yet crisp. If you are coming from a clackier keyboard, you will likely appreciate the more subtle sound this one offers, your gaming mates certainly will.
Another bonus is the software, which is surprisingly easy to use. It allows you to remap keys, adjust actuation points, and experiment with lighting effects without too much fuss. Speaking of lighting, the RGB is bright and vibrant without being garish. There is a decent selection of effects and colours, though lighting is not the main selling point here.
Thanks to top tier chips and well tuned magnetic switches, the HE80 offers an impressive 8000 hertz polling rate with a 32000 scan rate. It works well across different operating systems, which is handy if you switch between devices. However, it is worth noting that it uses a wired connection only, which may be restrictive for some.
Overall, the Epomaker HE80 offers a well rounded package. It feels high quality, it is highly customisable, and it delivers a very comfortable typing experience. Whether you are a gamer, a writer, or just someone who spends a lot of time at the keyboard, this is a solid choice that punches above its weight.

epOmAker f108
Just like the previous reviews the Epomaker F108 is a mechanical keyboard that manages to strike a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and affordability but this time it is full size. With its 108 key layout, it provides everything you would expect from a traditional keyboard, including a number pad and a full function row, making it ideal for both productivity and gaming where space isn’t an issue.
It comes in a range of themes, from clean minimal styles to more colourful and playful options. It is available in three colours with the LEOBOG Greywood V3 Switch, one design with the LEOBOG Nimbus V3 Switch and one design with the LEOBOG Volcano Switch so there is a lot to choose from.
These switches offer different levels of tactility and sound, catering to a wide range of preferences. The stabilisers are pre lubricated and provide a decent typing feel out of the box, with minimal rattle on larger keys such as the space bar and enter key. There are five layers of sound dampening design, delivering a creamy, quiet keystroke and satisfying experience.
The build quality feels solid, and the keycaps are made from double shot PBT plastic, which resists wear and maintains a nice texture even after long periods of use. The symbols are crisp and clear, and the keys have a pleasant matte finish that helps avoid shine.
Connectivity is straightforward, there are three options Type C Wired, 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.0. It is also fully compatible with Windows and works with macOS, though there may be some key remapping required for Apple users. It has a polling rate of 1000Hz (USB, 2.4Ghz) and 125Hz (Bluetooth 5.0) with 2ms latency in wired mode and 8ms in 2.4Ghz wireless mode.
The board supports customisation through Epomaker’s software, allowing users to remap keys, set macros, and adjust RGB lighting. The lighting is vibrant and customisable, though the software can be a bit clunky at times.
Overall, the Epomaker F108 is an excellent option for anyone looking for a full size mechanical keyboard with good build quality and an attractive design, all at a very reasonable price point. It is a strong contender in the budget to mid range market.
epOmAker x AulA f108 prO
The last in our collection this edition is the Epomaker X Aula F108 Pro, this is another full sized mechanical keyboard that brings enthusiast features to a budget friendly package. Weighing around 1.2 kg it feels strong and stable, it is built with an ABS plastic casing on a gasket mount structure, it offers zero creak even under force, handy for those tense gaming moments. Inside, five layers of sound dampening foam and shields contribute to a refined and muted typing sound that leans towards a deep thock instead of high pitch click.
The board includes a 1.14‑inch LCD screen and multifunction rotary knob. The screen displays time, battery and connection status by default, and is configurable through the bundled software. The knob offers quick access to volume, RGB brightness or custom commands, though it cannot directly control functions like play or pause without using function key combinations. Also, the screen fonts time in 24‑hour format with no easy option to change.
Connectivity is versatile with wired USB‑C, 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.0, allowing pairing to three devices. Wireless mode performance remains impressive giving you 1,000 Hz polling is maintained in 2.4 GHz mode with low latency and no noticeable drops. Battery life is generous thanks to the 8,000 mAh battery, offering around 60 to 70 hours of heavy use at full brightness or up to 76 hours as advertised.
It ships with pre‑lubed LEOBOG Greywood V3 or Reaper linear switches and Cherry profile double shot PBT keycaps with south facing per key RGB lighting. Hot swappable sockets for three or five pin switches make customisation quick and easy. Stabiliser is successful at giving you a smooth and rattle free experience.
On the downside, the software is workable but lacks polish compared to premium suites, perhaps it more notable as the hardware punches well above its price range.
In conclusion, the Epomaker X Aula F108 Pro delivers a genuinely premium experience at a reasonable price. It offers strong build quality, exceptional battery life, refined typing feel and tri mode connectivity. Its main drawbacks are the basic software and lack of dedicated media buttons. If you want a full size board that balances performance and practicality without breaking the bank, the F108 Pro is an excellent choice.

I am newly converted to using a running vest I used to use a belt but after borrowing one from a friend I realised it was so much more comfortable, so I was excited to see what the Ultrun Evo 10 Pack had to offer. This Compressport vest offers (as you may have guess from the name) a generous 10 litre capacity, making it ideal for long trail runs, mountain races or ultramarathons where you need to carry more than just your phone and keys.
The ergonomic design has been created with input from elite athletes to ensure the vest fits snugly to the body like a second skin, reducing bounce and chafing even on long, technical terrain. The soft stretch material is breathable and conforms to your shape without digging in or restricting movement, which is always noticeable on longer outings. The storage organisation is well thought out, with multiple front pockets for soft flasks, nutrition and quick access items. The bottles are places at an angle to not only allow easy access but to give your ribcage all the space it needs to expand. There is a central rear compartment with enough space for a lightweight jacket, headlamp and other mandatory kit. The vest also includes dedicated trekking pole holders, which are positioned so they do not interfere with your stride on the back. It is surprisingly spacious when you add in all you gear, and the load feels well distributed.
The minimalist zip free design reduces points of friction and weight, but it may take a moment to get used to the more open front. The zigzag elasticated closure can be micro adjusted to get a precise fit for your body shape, layers and weight of gear you have on board. This clever design ensures you keep everything stable without restricting breathing. The materials feel premium and have held up well in testing, even in wet and muddy conditions. The drainage system is also effective, meaning it does not stay soaked if you hit rain or water crossings. Overall, the Compressport Ultrun Evo 10 is a top tier running pack for serious runners who tackle long distances and intense terrains. It may not suit those who prefer lots of structure or heavy duty compartments, but for fast and light efforts over long distances, it’s a great choice.

ChOpper
I am a sucker for a kitchen gadget, if there is anything that can make the food prep easier and dinner on my plate quicker then I want it, plus there aren’t many brands more reliable than KitchenAid. The KitchenAid Go Cordless Top Down Chopper (I can’t help but say “chopper” like Arnie) is a portable cordless food chopper designed powered by a removable rechargeable 12 V MAX battery. It delivers up to 24 minutes of continuous chopping on a single charge, so you don’t have to rely on space around the plug socket to use it. It uses the same battery model is used across other KitchenAid Go cordless appliances, so you can buy the Chopper with or without a battery if you already have one. The design is compact and lightweight, with an 830ml bowl and a twist‑free drop‑in assembly for quick setup and cleanup. The bowl, lid and multipurpose s blade accessory are dishwasher safe, while the base simply needs a wipe down. Despite its plastic construction, the unit feels surprisingly powerful and durable, plus that cordless design means you can even use it for outdoor cooking.
Using the chopper is intuitive, simple press and hold the large top button to operation or tap repeatedly for pulse control. It offers two speed settings via a side dial, however, the button must be held down during use, so it does require continuous hand pressure (still less effort than chopping with a knife). It can comfortably handle vegetables, soft fruits, create dips, dressings and even tougher ingredients with consistent results. The lid can be used to store your ingredients in the fridge or keep the bugs off outside until it’s ready to eat. On the downside, the run time feels shorter when used continuously, especially on higher speed. Also, the battery cannot be recharged while the unit is in use and it takes 3hours to get a full charge, this is where having a second battery will be handy.
The KitchenAid Go Cordless Top Down Chopper is a compact, easy‑to‑use food chopper that is portable and easy to use. While not suited to heavy‑duty use, its intuitive, cordless design makes it a great choice for quick prep tasks in small kitchens or on the move.

tAyOgO W26 WAterprOOf heAdphONes
The Tayogo W26 waterproof headphones are suitable for both sweaty workouts and swimming and come in either black or a white and orange combo design. These headphones use bone conduction which means the sound travels through your cheekbones rather than directly into your ears. It can feel a bit strange at first, but it’s actually pretty handy. Your ears stay open, so you can still hear what’s going on around you. That’s especially useful if you’re out running or cycling and need to stay aware of your surroundings. The sound quality is not on the level of traditional in ear headphones, but it’s more than good enough for casual listening.
You can fully submerge the W26 thanks to the IP68 rating, that means they are 100% waterproof up to 3 metres. There’s built in memory, so you can upload your music directly onto the device and swim without needing to connect to your phone. This can be super handy as Bluetooth connectivity can be notoriously patchy when it comes to going under the water. Battery life is decent, lasting around 5 to 6 hours depending on usage and up to 15hrs if you are just using the mp3 mode, charging is fairly quick at just 1.5hrs.
The controls are simple enough once you get used to them, although they can be a bit fiddly with wet hands. The fit is snug and secure, and they stay in place even when doing laps in the pool or bouncing about during a run, some may find they run a little on the small side (I don’t want to call out our larger headed readers) but for me it was a good fit (fyi Christmas cracker hats fall over my eyes, there’s your sizing scale).
Of course, they’re not perfect. The Bluetooth connection can be a little patchy if your phone is far away or there are obstacles in the way, including being underwater. Also, the onboard music transfer system is a bit old school and takes a bit of patience to get used to.
Still, for the price and the features, the Tayogo W26 offers great value for anyone after waterproof headphones that work on land and in water. If you can handle the quirks, they’re a fun and functional bit of kit.

If you are looking to step away from your screen without sacrificing your favourite tunes the W16 might be worth looking at. Just like the W26 is it also fully waterproof but this time you have an 8GB MP3 player built into the headphones creating a lightweight all in one device along with waterproof earbuds (I mean it would be pretty useless if they weren’t).
Set up is easy. You just plug it into your computer with the USB cable, drag and drop your music files, and you’re good to go. It supports standard MP3 and WAV formats, for some it might mean dusting off their old CDs rather than relying on Spotify.
Once in the water, it performs pretty well. The earbuds stay in place throughout most swim strokes thanks to the ear hook design but they could come loose during a dive or jumping in. They come with different sized tips to help you get a good seal, that is essential because water in the ears can affect sound quality, but once you’ve got the right fit, it’s surprisingly clear. It’s never going to match high end headphones, but for swimming laps or water based workouts, it does the job nicely. It takes a bit of getting used to losing your hearing in the water but for sessions in a private pool it is truly blissful.
The controls are basic but functional. You can skip tracks, pause, and adjust volume with a few simple buttons on the back of the unit. It can be a little fiddly if you’re trying to do it mid stroke, but it works well enough. The battery life will last up to 20 hours, the charging process is quick and straightforward using the same cable used for file transfers. It’s worth noting that the Tayogo W16 is strictly an MP3 player. There’s no Bluetooth, no fancy app, and no extra features. But that’s kind of the point. It’s a fuss free way to bring music into your swim routine without spending a fortune. Overall, the Tayogo W16 is a practical and budget friendly choice for swimmers who want an easy solution to music in the water. It’s not flashy, but it works.

So here’s a cheeky combo that includes the previously reviewed It is designed to stream music from your phone or other Bluetooth device directly to headphones or speakers that might not support Bluetooth, and in theory, it should make older tech more useful again. But in practice, it does not quite deliver as smoothly as I had hoped. Setting it up was fairly straightforward. It paired with my phone without any fuss and the connection seemed stable at first. The unit itself is lightweight and compact, so it is easy to carry around. Battery life is decent too – I have been using it on and off throughout the day and only needed to charge it after a couple of days.
However, I did notice some issues with sound quality. There is a slight delay in audio which can be quite annoying if you are watching videos or trying to sync music with something visual. For just listening to music, it is not a huge problem, but it is definitely noticeable. The range is also a bit limited. If you stray too far from your device or there are walls in between, the connection starts to drop out or crackle.
Another slight disappointment is the build quality. It feels a little flimsy and not particularly durable, so I would be cautious about throwing it in a bag without some protection.
That said, for the price, it is a decent little gadget. It is not perfect, but if you just need something cheap and cheerful to stream music to an older device or set of headphones, it does the job well enough. Just do not expect flawless performance or premium quality. I think it is best suited for casual use or as a backup option rather than a main audio solution.
