Johnryan and Amanda Vanderpool Flynn, both found their love for the mountain lifestyle and have been a part of the Aspen community for the last 16 years. Through their past work, they have extensive backgrounds in marketing, real estate sales and development.

Johnryan comes to Coldwell Banker Mason Morse from Hilton Head, South Carolina and Boston Massachusetts. With 21 years of background in residential building and development, he has completed over 100 homes in the Hilton Head and Charleston areas. Likewise, with his additional experience selling real estate for the last 20 years, his knowledge in the industry is an asset in assisting buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and land development.

Amanda, a marketing and advertising maven founded Upwardly Social in 2012 and went on to produce the Social Media Strategies Summit hosted in Las Vegas, the highest-grossing digital marketing conference of 2013. Once relocating from Santa Monica, CA to Aspen, CO, she changed her focus to real estate marketing full-time, including facilitating community approval for the Lift One Corridor on Aspen’s mountainside. Since joining the Ajax Real Estate Team as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Mason Morse in October of 2020, she has sold over $14 million in her first year and represents 12 luxury rentals within downtown Aspen.
