Above Water Adventures (Three Sample Itineraries)

Red Sea Wild Islands

∙ 9:00am SUP & Kayak Safari / Ummahat Islands & Osprey Island* (1.5hrs)

∙ 10:30am Luxury Boat transfer to Qadeen Bay, Light Onboard Refreshments. (15mins)

∙ 10:45am Nature Walk with Red Sea Conservationist, incl. Island Bird Watching, Shell Stories and Shallow Water Walk. (1hr)

∙ 11:45am Snorkeling in the coral pillars of Ayqah. (1hr)

∙ 12:45pm Private Island Picnic Lunch. (1hr)

Breakfast by the Mangroves

∙ 8:00am Luxury Boat transfer to Sheybarah North (30mins)

∙ 8:30am A delicious breakfast aboard your vessel floating in the stillness and silence of the archipelago, interrupted only by bird song and the smashing of water against the hull. (1.5hrs)

∙ 10:00am Take to the Mangrove river ways by Kayak and join our Mangrove Conservation Expert -Get up close and learn about the eco-systems of these complex forests (1.5hrs)*

∙ 11:30am Snorkelling in the flourishing pinnacles of Ayqah (1hr)

∙ Return to Property (12:30pm)

∙ 7:00pm Luxury Boat transfer to Quman (30mins)

∙ 7:30pm Sunset SUP & Kayak Safari / Quman Island & The Mangrove Channel beneath the water and into the skies, our world changes when the sun sets*

∙ 9:00pm Cooking with Fire on the Island with a private chef and butler service A sumptuous dinner menu inspired by the region

Uncharted Reefs (Diving the Coral Highways of outer barrier reef)

Morning 2 Dive Experience

∙ 8.00am Dive Centre, welcome, equipment selection, preparation and briefing (30 mins)

∙ 8:30am Departure by fast boat to Nujuma’s Outer Reef Channels and gear up. (45 mins)

∙ 9:15am Dive 1-White Tip Arches: An outer reef hard coral wall dive with caves and gullies where white-tip sharks are often seen resting. The profile of this dive has a relaxed ending as you are led into a shallow natural channel where you will complete your safety stop amongst the shoals of batfish and barracuda. (55 mins)

∙ 10:10am Surface Interval at SNC (Shallow Narrow Channel): Enjoy delicious refreshments and fresh towels on the boat and spend your surface interval snorkeling the spectacular shallow channel that serves as a nursery to thousands of reef fish, stingrays and sea turtles. (1hour)

∙ 11:10am Dive 2 -The Channel Pinnacles: Several large deep-water pinnacles that are covered with vibrantly colored soft corals and surrounded by clouds of reef fish that make it almost impossible to see the surface during this dive. The dive ends within the shallows of the inner section of the channel where you will wish your dive extended past the maximum time allowed. (55 mins)

Breakfast by the Mangroves

∙ 9.00am Dive Centre, welcome, equipment selection, preparation and briefing (30 mins)

∙ 9.30am Departure by boat to St Regis House Reef and gear up. (10 mins)

∙ 9:40am Dive 1 –St Regis House Reef: A gentle sloping reef suitable for all divers offering a magnificent array of different types of coral that serve as home and nursery to a multitude of different fish species that ends in the stunning shallow coral gardens of St Regis. (55 mins)

Red Sea at Night (An Island by Sunset & Starlight)

∙ 8.00am Dive Centre, welcome, equipment selection, preparation, and briefing (30 mins)

∙ 8:30am Departure by fast boat to the off-shore island of Waqadi and gear up. (60 mins)

∙ 9:30am Dive 1-Waqadi Deep Reef: The southernmost part of Waqadi Islands reefs offers coral covered pinnacles of life where reef sharks, barracuda, and napoleon wrasse patrol this incredibly marine rich habitat that ends in a shallow channel where currents sweep you through a gulley of yellow snappers and goatfish. (55 mins)

∙ 10:25am Surface Interval at Anemones Rest: Enjoy delicious refreshments and fresh towels on the boat and spend your surface interval snorkeling the sheltered reef from where you finished your first dive amongst gardens of sea anemones and sea turtles that reside in this part of the reef. (1hour)

∙ 11:25am Dive 2 -Waqadi Channel: After a short boat ride North, you’ll descend down on the reef where fresh currents flow over the reef face bringing an endless supply of food for the shoals of damselfish that keep a watchful eye out for the large shoals of trevally and reef sharks that patrol this part of the reef. (55 mins)

Wild Lands Adventures

(Three Sample Itineraries)

Doum Valley | Sunrise Hike (intermediate/advanced)

∙ 6:30am Pick up from hotel and commence journey across the desert to Jabal Raal (45 mins)

∙ 7:15am Arrive at Doum Valley Trailhead for Refreshments and briefing (15mins)

∙ 7:30am Hike, find the secret cave and scramble through the Doum Valley trail with Red Sea Guides –immerse yourself in the landscape and learn about the flora and fauna (2 hours)

∙ 9:30am Freshen up and enjoy a late breakfast at the Doum Valley Trailhead (1hour)

∙ Return to Property (10:30 am)

Doum Valley | Morning Hike (easy)

∙ 9:00am Pick up from hotel and commence desert journey across the desert to Jabal Raal (45 mins)

∙ 9:45am Arrive at Doum Valley Trailhead for refreshments and briefing (15 mins)

∙ 10:00am Hike the Doum Valley trail with Red Sea Guides –immerse yourself in the landscape, pick and taste Doum fruits, spot Moringa trees and learn about the flora and fauna (2 hours)

∙ 12:00pm Freshen up and enjoy a Bedouin style lunch (1.5 hours)

∙ Return to Property (13:30 pm)

Doum Valley | Sunset Hike, Dinner & Stargazing (easy)

∙ 3:00pm Pick up from hotel and commence desert journey across the desert to Jabal Raal (45 mins)

∙ 3:45pm Arrive at Doum Valley Trailhead for Refreshments and briefing (15 mins)

∙ 4:00pm Hike the Doum Valley trail with Red Sea Guides –immerse yourself in the landscape, pick and taste Doum fruits, spot Moringa trees and learn about the flora and fauna (2 hours)

∙ 6:00pm Freshen up and enjoy a cooking with fire dining experience followed by stargazing (3 hours).
