Hospitality at the RDS Dublin Horse Show
The international sporting and social event of the summer, the Dublin Horse Show, returns to the RDS 6-10 August 2025 Celebrating 150 years, the Show celebrates sport, style and excellent hospitality.
There are a variety of corporate and private experiences available to suit requirements.
Hospitality packages are subject to availability, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
About the RDS
The RDS is a social impact organisation founded nearly 300 years ago.
We are an all island organisation which inspires and empowers positive change in Irish society.
This is achieved by delivering programmes, bursaries and activities through the RDS Foundation.
The Dublin Horse Show, celebrating 150 years in 2025, is run and managed by the RDS directly as part of the RDS Foundation Programme.
The mission of the Dublin Horse Show is to support the Irish sport horse breeders and producers by showcasing the very best in Irish bred horses and developing a marketplace for them. Whilst also widening the understanding of the positive social impact that horses have on society
Ladies’ Day Hospitality
Ladies’ Day at the Dublin Horse Show, Thursday 7 August, 2025, is a celebration of competition, style, design and elegance, and is an annual staple in the Irish social calendar. Enjoy a sit-down threecourse lunch including a glass of Prosecco on arrival, served in our hospitality suites. After lunch, take part in the Best Dressed activities around the Band Lawn area, or enjoy the thrills and spills of international show jumping from a reserved seat in the Main Arena.
LADIES’ DAY THURSDAY, 7 AUGUST, LUNCH PACKAGE INCLUDES
•Admission to the RDS Showgrounds
•Glass of prosecco on arrival (served at 12 noon)
•Three course sit-down lunch (served at 12.30pm)
• Half bottle of wine per person.
• Reserved seat in the Main Arena Grandstand €345 PER PERSON
Aga Khan Friday
The world famous Nation’s Cup of Ireland for the Aga Khan Trophy takes place on Friday 8 August, 2025. Enjoy a premium lunch served in our hospitality rooms. Then take your seat in the Main Arena Grandstand to soak up the excitement and pageantry of this historic international competition.

Private Dining Space
An extremely limited number of alternative spaces are available on selected days of the Show for private groups from 35 – 100 people.

Our Executive Head Chef has created menus that combine the best seasonal Irish ingredients, flavours, and produce. Bringing together our bespoke and unique Leinster based suppliers providing truly fantastic quality produce, reducing our carbon footprint and helping local small businesses.
Our menus combine the best ingredients, flavours and handcrafted inspiration created by our in-house chef and catering team from RDS Hospitality. Every dish is prepared individually, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, resulting in you and your guests feeling healthier and refreshed after each meal.
