Introducing darani™ - meaning tree; ghost gum in the Dharug language. The Dharug or Darug people are the tranditional owners of much of the land that is today known as modern day Sydney. They share strong ties of kinship and lived as skilled hunters in family groups or clans.
darani™ - is pleased to introduce our products each of which are manufactured from materials which are sustainable and better for the environment.
Our bags are manufactured from Repreve® material which is a recycled fiber made from plastic bottles that would otherwise be headed to landfill.
Our cutting boards are handmade from Australian Camphor Laurel Timber, which is naturally anti bacterial due to the natural oils in the timber.

Each board is handmade therefore product size and pattern of the natural wood will vary per item. The boards are preoiled with grape seed oil. Not suitable for the dishwasher. Boards need to be reoiled every couple of weeks if used regularly.
