These logo ads feature a live link to a website, video or landing page. Live Stream Show Sponsorships include a logo ad, two rotating banner ads and a twominute video commercial. Each Live Stream Show Sponsorship is $1,500. Creating the video commercial is not included.

• To the right of the video player are the rotating banner ads. These ads display for 15 seconds and are seen a minimum of 4 times each hour. A live link is included. They are approximately 4.25in x 4.75in and cost $400 each.

2016 ADVERTISING GUIDELINES General Terms       

All Print Advertising Programs

Unless otherwise noted, all advertising programs are reserved for current, paid Pyramid Society members, select program sponsors, and select Egyptian Event corporate affiliates.

The purchase of Pyramid Society advertising constitutes agreement with these guidelines and any subsequent changes or additions.

All Discounts, Promotions and Special Offers are valid only with acceptance and full payment of a formal advertising proposal.

The Pyramid Society reserves the right to reject any advertisement.

Any ads containing sale horses must appear without pricing.

The Pyramid Society reserves the right to edit, alter or reject any and all advertisements that contain questionable content or which do not meet Pyramid Society definitions and standards.

A $50 editing fee will be applied in the event that materials submitted do not meet advertisement specifications and require alteration by The Pyramid Society prior to ad placement.

All Web Advertising Programs    

All Web Advertisement graphics and photos must be submitted in one of the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, or PNG, and must measure at least the stated pixel dimensions of the ad at a minimum of 72dpi.

Web Advertisements will be placed within 3-5 days upon receiving full payment and complete materials (copy and photos/videos).

Minor changes to dynamic Web Advertisements (ie, addition or subtraction of copy, photographs or videos) will be accepted after publication, but may take 5-7 business days to complete.

In the event that your advertising period runs over into a new membership year and you do not choose to renew your Pyramid Society membership, you will forfeit the remainder of your advertising period, following a 30-day grace period.



All Print Advertisements must be professionally designed, submitted at a minimum of 300dpi in one of the following formats: TIFF, PDF, or JPG, and must be ready for publication. Any ads that do not meet these submission requirements will be rejected.



Submission of a print advertisement constitutes purchaser approval of all ad content. The Pyramid Society is not responsible for the printing of typographical errors as included in an advertisement or the printing of incorrect horse/contact information as submitted with an advertisement.



Pyramid Society Yearbook Member advertising programs are handled by Arabian Horse World magazine and are subject to its advertising guidelines, policies and submission procedures.

Any Photograph Submissions 

By submitting a photograph to The Pyramid Society for consideration or inclusion in your ad, you assume all liability for its content and agree that you either hold or have obtained all rights necessary to release all submitted materials for present and future use by The Pyramid Society, both online and in print.

 

The Pyramid Society reserves the right to reject any photograph.

Photographs may be cropped prior to publishing to ensure the proper display of overlaid text and other page elements.



All photographs and photographic contents must be high resolution images (300dpi minimum). No photographs can be accepted which do not meet our minimum size and resolution requirements.



Submitted photographs of horses must be of Straight Egyptian or EgyptianSired, as defined by The Pyramid Society.



No photographs will be accepted that depict any unethical treatment of horses or any misconduct of riders/handlers.

ADDENDUM TO THE PYRAMID SOCIETY’S STANDARD ADVERTISING GUIDELINES.

Featured Horse and/or Featured Stallion Ads will appear in either the first or second row of Horse for Sale or Stallion at Stud listings, dependent on the total number of Featured Ads (up to six per section, maximum).

Tier 2 Featured Horse and/or Featured Stallion Ads may not be purchased in consecutive months for the purpose of featuring the same horse.

Tier 3 Featured Horse and/or Featured Stallion Ads may not be purchased in consecutive months for the purpose of featuring the same horse.

A maximum of one Horse for Sale and two Stallions at Stud per farm may be Featured at any given time.

A farm may only occupy two combined Tier 2 & 3 Featured Horse and/or Featured Stallion placements at any given time and may never, at any time, occupy the Tier 3 Featured Horse and/or Tier 3 Featured Farm placement in conjunction with the Tier 3 Featured Stallion placement.

Tier 3 Featured Farm Ads may not be purchased in consecutive months.

Month-specific ads will always begin on the first business day of the month, which may or may not be dated the 1st.

The Program Stallion reduced listing rate is contingent on the listed stallion’s enrollment and complete participation in the current year Egyptian Breeders’ Challenge program, in the current or previous year Golden Scarab Sweepstakes program, or in other future qualifying stallion programs.

The Pyramid Society maintains the right to display a horse as “SOLD” on The Pyramid Society marketplace for up to two months after a sale is reported, whether or not the sale resulted from a listing on The Pyramid Society’s website.

Web Ad Personalization & Banner Ad Design services are included in all published pricing, but it is the burden of the ad purchaser to supply relevant raw materials and subsequent updates to all advertisements, including photographs, video, copy, listings of offspring, listings of show wins, farm logos, etc. to The Pyramid Society.

Advertising Rates apply for the year of booking. Limited, monthly Ad placements may be purchased up to two years in advance at the current published rates and discount levels. Changes in published rates and discount levels may not be retroactively applied to previously-booked Ads. At the discretion of The Pyramid Society, Print Advertising and Web Advertising published discount programs may be applied to the Grand Total for a single Advertising Proposal; however, minimum totals must be met for each program (Web and Print) AND dollar discount offers will always be applied before percentage discount offers.

Design Services, Overruns, Shipping Costs, and other Fees do not count towards minimum discount levels and will always be applied after discounts.

Published discount programs are NOT AVAILABLE for any advertisements purchased at a pre-negotiated Group Rate.

Discounts or Promotions offered on any Advertising Proposal are only available by paying the entire (discounted) balance in full or by agreeing to and completing an Optional Payment Plan, as outlined.

Advertising does not promise or guarantee the sale of your horses, stallion services, or any other products or services.

Published web traffic statistics are generalized figures based on previous site usage and are not a promise or guarantee of future web traffic. The Pyramid Society cannot guarantee “clicks” on your advertisements.

Acceptance of an Advertising Proposal, at any time, whether verbal, written, electronic, or implied via payment, constitutes a binding contract with The Pyramid Society and implies agreement with all standard and additional Advertising Guidelines and any special terms set forth therewith.
