The Agent's View “This is an immensely desirable family home, beautifully presented, wonderfully spacious and surrounded by the most idyllic Worcestershire countryside....."
To the first and second floors there are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the first floor there are three bedrooms plus the family bathroom. The largest of these bedrooms has a well-defined dressing area plus en-suite shower room. To the second floor there are two further en-suite bedrooms, including the luxuriously proportioned master bedroom, measuring over 23' x 11'. It is worth noting that four of the five bedrooms are double rooms and include fitted wardrobes. Outside, there is a residents' car park plus lawned communal gardens to the front, whilst to the rear of the property there are well tended lawned gardens with paved patio and seating area, all enjoying a good degree of privacy and further benefiting from a garden gate providing access from the car parking area. The property is within the catchment area for The Chantry School, whilst the nearby village of Abberley has a village primary school as well as a post office & general store. The location is ideal for commuters to Worcester with the city centre about half an hour away by car, and the motorway network being similarly accessible.
“I love the peace and tranquillity of living here, without it feeling remote. There are plenty of amenities nearby, with the bigger towns only a short drive away. What I find really special is the sense of community, which is very rare these days. Helpful, kind neighbours for whom nothing is too much trouble. It’s a fabulous place for dog walking too, with both Menith Wood and the Millenium Green just up the road. The house is open, light and spacious with an area for everyone, whilst the garden is a very nice size without being overwhelming. If I wasn’t going to live in Spain, I really wouldn’t be moving from here”.
“I love the peace and tranquility...............”
