Ian has been in the property industry for over 30 years and has built up a number of successful businesses. He has established the reputation in Sheffield of the guy to go to for all your property needs. Ian says “This is not work for me it’s a way of life, it’s what we do, we have a fantastic team here who create a great working environment. We are a team of family and friends who get to work together, I think that is reflected in the service we give to our clients.”

Suzanne co-founded Whitehornes along with Ian in 2007. With over 10 years’ experience covering all aspects of estate agency, combined with an extensive knowledge of the local area, Suzanne is highly organised and motivated with a strong work ethic. Suzanne believes hard work pays off and is absolutely passionate about what she does.

Andy has worked in estate agency in Sheffield for over Eighteen years. “I don’t see this as a job, to me its personal. Every time I take a new instruction it still gives me the same buzz as it did with the first property I sold. Being entrusted to sell the biggest asset that a person owns is an honour and that’s a great feeling. I love what I do and love Sheffield. I am passionate and strive to achieve the very best for our clients when selling and letting their property with us.

Ben has worked for the family business as a valuer for many years and has become instrumental in the development of our rental portfolio. Ben’s rapport with vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants, coupled with a studious approach and detailed knowledge of the local market has helped the lettings division of Whitehornes thrive.

Kerry takes great pride in helping our customers find their perfect property, whether that is a new dream home or a fantastic investment property. She has a wealth of experience working in estate agency and her local knowledge ensure she offers exceptional customer service.

With over 20 years’ experience providing marketing services to businesses in property and construction industries, Lian works hard to ensure our customers properties are marketing professionally generating maximum interest throughout the sales process.

Caroline joined the Whitehornes team with extensive experience in property sales from her days working at the Halifax. She provides our clients with top rate customer service.

Annie has been with Whitehornes for a number of years and is a key member of our lettings team. She is enthusiastic and helps ensure we offer the best service to our customers.

Beth has worked in lettings for many years and has a passion for property. She ensures all our clients receive a professional service and peace of mind knowing they are in the best hands.

Emma started with Whitehornes on an apprenticeship scheme and provides vital support to our lettings team. She is a great support to the team and ensuring our customers are well looked after.

I am an independent energy assessor producing energy performance certificates and floorplans for estate agents. I enjoy my job because it is very varied and involves visiting residential properties and meeting new people on a daily basis. It’s also great working with the Whitehornes team as they are all so committed and really are passionate about what they do.

Sophie joined us through the apprenticeship scheme, she is a great asset to the sales team providing maximum support to her colleagues and enjoys making sure our clients receive the best possible support and service each step of the way.

What was a high street branch of Lloyds bank at 928 Ecclesall Road, is now The Dark Horse Bar, a local independent bar serving great beer, wine and cocktails. The Dark Horse Bar prides itself on being a bar for everyone, so expect a fun and relaxed atmosphere, with space inside and out. Whether it’s a night out with friends, dropping by for a spot of lunch or attending one of our regular event nights, we hope to see you soon.

We were kept in touch with by the office all the way about who was interested and who wasn’t, what kind of offers were coming in and it all went very smoothly.
