Having started in agency in the 80’s I have seen and learnt a lot about the property market and its high and lows. I love the challenge of every day and I have been very lucky to of worked with some of the best both from corporate and independent agencies. This continues today and the staff here are truly dedicated to giving the best service they can. I enjoy my work but also my home life and have two lovely daughters and a very patient wife. Golf, dog walks and holidays are always high on my list after work.

Having worked in senior secretarial roles for more than 20 years, Helen joined Stonegate six years ago as secretary to the sales team. In addition to all aspects of secretarial support/admin, Helen is responsible for the company’s sales progression. Her ability to work under pressure whilst managing expectations on all sides means that she is able to keep clients fully updated throughout what can often be a stressful process. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and honest communication are Helen’s strengths and she manages to achieve this with a calm, professional approach and a good sense of humour.

I have been working within the property industry for the last 21 years and have gained a wealth of experience dealing with all types of property and land in and around Hitchin, the wider area around Hertfordshire and surrounding counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire and was first associated with Stonegate Estates in 2007.

I became an Estate Agent over 5 years ago as I had a background in interiors and property development, so it seemed a natural progression. Also I am a serial home mover, so my husband suggested the career change so I could help others as he does not want to move anymore. My hours of work have increased as my passion for the job has grown and I have found that my previous experience has been invaluable. I strive to be motivated and believe that good communication is the key to being a good agent.
