I wasn’t looking forward to showing people around but our agent from sears took care of everything.

He was happy to conduct viewings out of office hours, which of course is when most people wanted to come.

I’d worried that I might have to put up with viewings for months but it all happened so quickly, we got our first offer before the board had even gone up!
