1. FREE MARKET VALUATION

We will provide you with a free market appraisal and advise you about any work which may be required to ensure your property attracts quality buyers and achieves the highest possible price.

2. Marketing Preparation

When you are ready, our photographer will visit you. They will take photos of your property and also draw up a floorplan. If an EPC is required, we will arrange for our EPC assessor to contact you. As part of our service we will produce a video walk through for your property that prospective buyers can view online or you can choose to upgrade to the Matterport 3D Virtual Tour producing a digital version of your house that prospective buyers can explore. It has been shown that properties with 3D virtual tours sell up to 30% faster than those using standard 2D images.

3. Professional Photography

First impressions count and the first thing potential buyers see before they step foot in your property is the photos. We use professional camera equipment and have invested in state-ofthe-art 3D imaging equipment for our trained photographers to capture the best pictures that showcase your property to the best of its ability. PETER - DIRECTOR

I am Peter Greenwood, founder and driving force at Greenwoods Residential a truly independent agency. I’m passionate about property and extremely focused on attention to detail – especially when your property dream is involved. I lead and support my team from the front as they deliver the bespoke services that you deserve. My core principal? ‘Take care of all of our clients with the same high level of service and treat everyone as an individual’ My background? 37 Year’s in the Royal Navy working my way up through the ranks and finally retiring as a Commander. Having spent such a long and varied career in such a large organisation, I decided on leaving the RN to become self-employed and for the past 8 years I have steadily built up Greenwoods Residential for Sales and Lettings. I have a real passion for property having bought my first home back in 1984 and becoming a buy-to-let landlord myself since 1997, I have gained a lot of experience along the way which I apply to all facets of my business. I am very much a hands-on manager and rarely switch off.

EMMA - PARTNER

I was born on Acre Road, North Kingston so I really am a true Kingstonian, I have lived in Kingston, Putney and Southfields all of my life so I know the area extremely well. Also, I have been a landlord for almost 24 years now, which has given me a greater understand of the rental sector and how to work with both tenants and landlords. I really enjoy all aspects of working at Greenwoods but meeting new clients and assisting them in their moving in process is certainly one of the most rewarding areas. As a mother of two teenagers who are both still in the Kingston school system and having been on every PSA that my children have attended it has given me a very broad parents view of education and the needs of families. So I do understanding what is important about choosing the right areas to live to ensure that your child gets the best chance of being within a specific schools catchment area.
