We would like to thank our estate agents for their input into the design and functionality of our latest innovation which has been the largest investment in our history.

There has been a lot of thought gone into the back end of this new website for additional functionality within the Content Management System for you to be able to maintain sections of the website internally for ease and convenience.

SEO has also played an overwhelming factor to the enhancements of this FREE upgrade to your website to improve both the Google rankings on page 1 and the speed of the website with its video content.

We are expecting high demand from our membership for this new website so we will be working on a first come first served basis. The roll out will be provided with full training.

As per your existing website, prime clicking position on every page is the VALUE MY PROPERTY button top right corner of every page. After many requests, you will now be able to choose which properties you would like to feature on your home page, and equally per office on your contact page. This is a new feature which is added to our Content Management System for you to maintain.

Many of our members pay a monthly subscription for services such as Feefo and TrustPilot, and our new websites can easily integrate their widgets making sure your reviews are up to

date. If you don’t have a subscription to one of these services, don’t panic! Our Content Management System has been updated to give you the ability to upload your own reviews yourself!

The half opacity black overlay will consistently stay in situ across all pages, and you have the option to keep the home page video looping in the background or we can change this to a static image.

There is a significant improvement in the User Interface for the new property search engine once you have navigated away from the home page.

When you scroll down the page, the property search will stay visible at the top of the page along with the header/ navigation bar to ensure easy navigation through your website at all times.

We have added a Search Radius field option after unanimous feedback from our survey, and you will be able to decide whether your default settings including SSTC, grid or list view and sorting preference from price and date listed parameters.

INTERACTIVE MAP

This is another feature from our existing website which simply just didn’t need to change. The interactive zoomable map pins direct the viewer straight to the property details, and as we have witnessed, the harder we work together to grow your market share, the more impressive this display becomes!

GRID AND LIST VIEWS

This is another feature which didn’t need a lot of development. Apart from aesthetic changes, the functionality offers all the information about a given property easily, and the use of icons lends its familiarity nicely between desktop and mobile.
