Dawn has been in the industry since 1983 and she is passionate about people and property. Dawn leads the Team by example, always putting the Clients first 7 days a week. Dawn enjoys travelling having visited over 65 different countries, learning about different cultures and when she has any spare time it is spent with Mark and their dog.

Sue Director of Property Management

Sue has 15+ years experience in the Property Industry, and leads the Property Management Team to ensure the Department runs smoothly delivering the best possible service for Landlords and Tenants alike. Sue is also a Landlord herself and is ARLA qualified Sue gets up at 4:45am every weekday to go to the gym before coming in to the office, she has signed up for sea kayaking and is keen to try new things and challenge herself. Sue loves spending time with two precious Grandaughter’s. The office are convinced Sue has a serious shopping habit – packages arrive for her regularly!

Jayne Sales Progressor

Jayne will always go ‘the extra mile’ in making sure your Sales transition is as smooth as possible. Our resident adrenaline junkie – has carried out a Tandem sky-dive, abseiled down Spinnaker Tower, and has a ‘wing walk’ on her bucket list next. Jayne also took part in the last Cowes race!

Marion is exceptionally organised and thorough, and can magically turn her hand to anything as she knows everything about Loddon Properties having established herself with the Company over many years. Marion is a massive Elvis fan – she has visited Gracelands 3 times and is planning to return in 2027 for the 50th Anniversary celebrations. Even Marion’s son’s ‘gran-dog’ is called Elvis ! Marion’s first job was at Pinewood Studios and she spent hours on film sets and has met many famous Actors including Richard Burton, Christopher Reeve and all of the Carry On Team.

Julie Inventories and Inspection Manager

Julie has an unrivalled attention to detail which ensures her routine property visit reports, Inventories and Check Out reports are comprehensive, accurate and of the highest quality. Julie loves the seaside! She has become a Nana earlier this year and enjoys spending weekends down in Bournemouth with her grandbaby. Julie has two Dogue de Bourdoux and likes nothing more than country walks with them enjoying both the sunrise and sunset

Steph Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Presentation of your home is everything to Steph and she ensures she gets the most out of your viewings/open days Steph likes to go up to London and meet up with her friends to visit Art Exhibitions and then party on the club scene ! Steph is currently learning to drive and her ambition is to drive through all the states in America on the Mustang Trail
