How long have you lived in Windsor?

“My entire life! I was born in the house next to the Top Twenty café.”

Where did you go to school?

“Hilltop, Dedworth Middle and Windsor Boy’s School... (Loved the boy’s school!)”

Did you always want to be an estate agent?

“No!! A cowboy when I was a kid (easy on the jokes). An estate agent from about twelve. I would leave school on my lunch break and walk to my father’s office for an hour.”

What’s the best part of your job?

“When people walk in to a house and you just know.”

Worse part of your job?

“Sale fall throughs, it happens unfortunately, only on 2 out of 10 on average though.”

What do you do at weekends?

“The same as most Windsor parents. Saturday is street dance class and swimming lessons and Sunday mornings are spent at the Rugby club with our little man. Then if I get a chance you may find me sipping a pint at my local pub with my dogs or training hard for my triathlons. Haven’t quite mastered both at the same time though yet.”

Triathlons, Really?

“Yep been part of the Lycra brigade for 4 years much to Kerri’s (wife) disgust.”

How many children do you have?

“We have three; Maddie, Georgie, Rory, one bulldog and two nutty spaniels.”

How many houses have you sold this year?

“138 houses so far with 8 weeks to go and still counting.”

And rented?

“112 and now desperate for more.”

What’s your goal for 2022?

“Great question, work wise to increase our rental portfolio to 400 homes. Currently 376. Personal goal, I’m signed up for IRONMAN Copenhagen in August so watch this space.”
