JASON GILLAN Managing Director

I started in the property & mortgage industry in 2006 after working a summer job in my mother’s mortgage business. I was set to return to school to complete higher education and a pursue a career in architecture, however the lure of £3.84 an hour at the age of 16 was enough to turn my head. Having worked my way up the ladder I hold a professional qualification in mortgage advice and practice, but my real passion and skillset is in negotiation. Now a director of Harbor Property I thrive on providing an outstanding service to my clients. Aside from work I enjoy playing squash, watching football, boxing, hiking and most of all, I love food and culture.

ABBIE GILLAN Operations Manager

Abbie joined the team in 2020 after leaving school and has embraced her role immensely. She heads up our photography & social media department, with her youth being a real asset to the company. It was never Abbie’s intention to join Harbor but being the daughter of Marion and sister of Jason, she soon found herself in the family business. This stemmed from conversation over dinner following a photography trip to Rome. She has a fine eye for detail and is determined to provide a superb level of quality. In her spare time, she loves to sing, spend time with her friends & family including her dog Kobey.

ANGELA MCAULEY Property Manager

Angela joined Harbor in 2016 following a career break after the birth of her daughter. Since joining she has excelled in her current role and has adopted the high customer service standards we set out. Her customer care and attention to detail is second to none, ensuring that the process in managed from start to finish. Angela is a modest individual who loves a morning coffee – She doesn’t drink tea as she can only have a cuppa with a cake.

CHARLIE GRAVES Property Manager

I started my career in procurement then transitioned into a successful position in IT sales. I gained 10 years’ experience providing an exceptional service and building great relationships with my customers. After being a client of Harbor myself I couldn’t fault the level of service from the team. So much so, that when I was given the opportunity, I was eager to join. I’m really looking forward utilising my expertise and developing my knowledge further to help our customers. Outside of the office I love to keep busy whether that’s being in the gym, watching Arsenal or being in the great outdoors!

NICOLE SHORT Property Manager

Nicole is the newest member to join our diverse team having worked in several customer service and sales roles. She studied property at university and knew that one day she would join the industry. Her role includes maintaining existing client relationships, networking with future clients, and overseeing our sales to completion. She has a young family and enjoys taking her children to swimming, socialising with friends, meeting up with family and eating out.
