LISTEN TO OUR CUSTOMERS

The service is very, proactive, that’s the word I’d use, as soon as I rang, we met the next day at the property and the day after, it was on the market! The photographs that were taken of the property and the way it was described, it was all very good. I’d definitely recommend Bee Residential; in fact I have.

They’ve got a lot of experience, there’s a lot of different people who know how to do their job and everything is done on a schedule and systematised and I think that works really well. I think for me having that wealth of experience with the core of the team, Grant & Ange, I don’t think there were any issues that we came against that they didn’t have an answer for. Absolutely would recommend Bee Residential to friends and family, and I have done, I’ve got many friends and family that do in fact use them

The viewings were very positive, they had someone there to walk them through, and answer any questions that viewers had. If I had to go down to the actual shop, they were all lovely, very inviting and very professional. Absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Little Miracles is a charity that supports children with additional needs, disabilities and lifelimiting conditions. We have 14 branches across the east of England providing holistic support to the whole family, even before diagnosis.

At Little Miracles we want everyone to feel included regardless of financial limitations. We run fun, accessible, inclusive activities throughout the year where children and their families can be themselves and make memories. We also specialise in providing counselling, advice, guidance, support, training and safe spaces for the whole family.

Ivo has been coming to Little Miracles for nearly 2 years. He had been previously excluded from multiple provisions. His dad believes that Little Miracles helped not only Ivo, but the whole family:

“LittleMiraclesliterallychangedourfamilylifefor thebetter.ThankstoLittleMiraclesIvofinally was able to have a social life outside of school. Many of our families see Little Miracles as a lifeline, somewhere where they feel supported and are not alone on their journey. Mum, Lauren, lost two children:

“LittleMiracleshavebeenamazingforme. With mynewlydiagnoseddaughter, mymentalhealth wasatanall-timelow.Iabsolutelydidn’twantto behereanymore, butwithcounsellingfrom Little Miracles I was able to be the best mum I couldtoAva.Theyalsosupportedmethrough losingmysonandcontinuetobeahugesupport now. Little Miracles relies almost entirely on voluntary donations. Every penny raised goes directly into helping us be there for thousands of children and their families throughout the year.

This winter we are seeing a sharp increase in demand for our services where families are using our centres just to stay warm, feed their children and in some cases even recharge their child’s life-sustaining equipment.
