He is a huge family man with two very “spirited” young boys who keep him busy. He loves his skiing and football; both playing (on the rare occasions he’s not injured) and watching his boys play for their local teams.

Lewis started his career with Butler and Stag in the Summer of 2018. Lewis loves his boxing which he competed at National Level as well as his cooking which he compares himself to Gordan Ramsey. Joseph Robinson Business Development Manager

Joe started his property journey all the way back in 2013 after finishing his degree. Joe joined the Butler and Stag family as our new Business Development Manager. He works alongside our Residential Sales and Lettings Team and our Land and New Homes department. Joe not only brings knowledge and connections to the table, but creates opportunities by utilising technology, databases and his own logic. He’s our very own secret service agent. Having been born in Whitechapel and raised in Wapping, Joe still lives in East London and feels his personality and clothing choices fits in with that East London Vibe. In his spare time Joe enjoys Rugby, Poker, Skiing and leads an active social life.

Lydia Hellen Office Coordinator

Lydia recently the joined our Theydon Bois office as an administrator. She has a friendly and out-going personality and is quickly gaining experience within our fast growing company. Following in the footsteps of her successful property developer dad, Lydia has a keen interest in the industry and strong ambitions to progress. With a largely PR and hospitality focused background and she is already showing excellent customer services attributes. A local girl, Lydia was born and raised in Chingford. Away from the office she enjoys socialising with her large group of friends, spending time with her family and keeping fit.

Neil is the co-owner of Butler & Stag, along with lifetime friend Michael Woolley. A resident of Theydon Bois where we opened our third office in 2017, Neil is extremely passionate about the area and saw a gap in the market to introduce our award services.

Under Neil’s supervision, the office has seen accelerated growth and we are now recognised market leaders; it is equally impressive that this has taken just twelve months to achieve. Butler & Stag are also regularly commended for our fund raising initiatives raising tens of thousands of pounds for worthy local causes yearly.

Away from the office Neil is a family man, he has a son and a daughter and enjoys spending time with them, along with his wife Claire. Neil also coaches his son’s football team at Buckhurst Hill FC and has overseen the transition of many of their players to professional academies.

Chris Marsh Assistant Office Manager

Chris is a proven member of the Butler & Stag team and is respected for his calming approach to property sales. Chris’s expertise includes negotiating, valuing and sales progression. Chris has quickly climbed the ladder and is now the Assistant Office Manager. Outside of work, Chris is a serious golfer which led him to having a crack at becoming pro ten years ago.

Bradley Gale Senior Property Consultant

Bradley began his career within the property industry in 2013 for a highly regarded company. It was there where he developed a passion for all things property. Following a stint with a central London agent, Bradley embarked on his travels exploring Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania. He joined Butler & Stag in 2019 and has been an instant success. Bradley’s other passion is Music.

Megan Harris Office Co-Ordinator

Megan joined Butler & Stag as an Office Co-Ordinator and is proving to be the backbone of the team. Her bubbly personality and ‘can do’ attitude have been appreciated by our client base. Megan has been working within the industry for two years and is keen to learn, she is a local girl from Buckhurst Hill and away from the office she loves relaxing weekends and cosy nights in with family and friends.

Ted Rayment Property Consultant

Starting his career in Bishops Stortford, Ted has been in the property industry since 2016. Born and raised in Epping Green, Ted has excellent knowledge of all things CM16. He has recently joined the Theydon Bois team and is developing his skills in estate agency and now becoming an accomplished agent. Ted’s other passion is sports, if he isn’t running around a football pitch on a Sunday morning, he can be found hacking his way around a golf course in the local area.
