Chris joined the company in 2001 and through hard work and determination progressed through the company and completed a takeover of the business in 2012. Chris has employed further staff to complement his already established office, providing the company with one of the largest teams of property professionals in the area. Chris completed the Level 3 Technical Award in 2007 to gain professional membership to National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). He has since gained membership to the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Jack has been in the industry for 13 years. He previously worked with a local independent estate agency in Barkingside before joining Arbon & Miller as Lettings Manager at the beginning of 2015. Jack continues to build on his reputation for delivering results with outstanding customer service and holds professional membership to the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), having completed the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.

Tracy has worked in the industry for over 30 years and is considered the heartbeat of the company. Her extensive knowledge of the property market, coupled with her friendly and approachable personality, has been key to our success. Tracy quickly displayed the necessary skills for sales progression. With a professional and considerate approach, Tracy has skilfully nurtured even the most difficult of sales through to satisfactory completion.

Sharon Donaldson Mnaea Senior Property Consultant

Sharon is another local person, who has been in the industry for over 15 years. A senior member of the sales team, Sharons’ primary role is to assist buyers with the search for their ideal property. Her resolute, yet considered, approach has contributed to a consistent exemplary sales records within the company. Sharon holds professional membership to National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) having completed the Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential.

Jack Blackbrough Property Consultant

Jack, after a couple of part time positions in different sectors, was offered a full time position the very same day Chris completed the takeover of the business. A hugely popular character, Jack has built a solid reputation amongst clients who appreciate his honest and refreshingly straightforward approach to estate agency. Jack’s ability to engage with the public and deliver results while maintaining his meticulous attention to detail is testimony to his hard work and dedication.

Simon King Senior Property Lister

Raised and resided in Hainault & Clayhall for over 30 years. Simon spends his time with his wife and two daughters and enjoys walks in Hainault Forest Country Park and meeting with friends.

SOPHIE MILLER LETTINGS CO-ORDINATOR

Resided in Hainault & Clayhall and currently residing in Barkingside. Sophie spends her time baking cakes and socialising with friends.
