MICHAEL OWEN SPENDS A DAY BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE POOLS

When Michael Owen visited The Pools head office in Liverpool, we put him straight to work! The first department Michael spent time in our inbound call centre, a close knit, personal, and friendly team that presents The Pools to all our customers. He was

paired up with Customer Service Advisor Chris and assisted unsuspecting players with their account queries. While being part of The Pools Panel means Michael can’t help picking score draws, he did have plenty of advice for our callers. Next Michael was sent to our Winners Department to call some of our lucky winners. For them, it was hard to tell what was more exciting – winning thousands of pounds or realising it was Michael Owen on the line breaking the good news!
