2021-2022 SEASON SOCIAL RESERVATION PROCEDURES RESERVATIONS OPEN 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. Members’ accounts will be charged for all events. Failure to cancel reservations 72 hours prior to Dinner Dances, Special Events and Holiday Events will result in a no show charge equivalent to the price of the event.

Select events are open to guests two weeks prior, only if the event is not sold out. Single Members are permitted to bring one guest to any non-guest event, unless otherwise specified. The club reserves the right to cancel any event that has an insufficient number of reservations. All entertainers for events are subject to change.

Tables: Events may consist of tables of 8, 10 & 12 guests. Parties of less than 8 may

be merged.

Theatre style seating: Seating will be assigned on a first come first serve or lottery basis, unless otherwise stated. Members wishing to sit together MUST turn in their forms together, and all members must be listed on their form.

Dress code is specified per event.

EVENT RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS Reservations for events listed in this guide will open six weeks prior to each event unless otherwise indicated. Members may sign up only for themselves and a spouse or significant other, unless otherwise indicated. Single members are permitted to bring one guest to non-guest events, excluding Words Alive and Lunch & Learn.

These rules apply to all Cultural Arts events including bus trips which are considered ticketed events.

Reservations may be made in person, by email or by fax: 561-995-1232. No telephone reservations will be accepted, as your signature is required. There are no cancellations for any ticketed event. It is recommended that you confirm all fax reservations in order to guarantee receipt of your reservation.

All bus trip prices are subject to possible gas surcharges. The club reserves the right to cancel any event that has an insufficient number of reservations. All events are subject to change.
