The Pershing experience spans two acres in the heart of East Austin in a historic 1920s property and is a testament to the creative community that makes Austin a truly great city. Pershing was founded in 2013 and we take pride in being a social club with tenure.

In addition to specialty coffee, teas, and drinks, you will find Pranzo hidden in the back of Pershing East. Pranzo is Pershing’s French-Italian bistro inspired by the streets of New York City. Enjoy a mid-day lunch, glass of wine after work, or a delicious snack; it’s the perfect place to gather with clients or friends.

Members do not need a reservation to enjoy our restaurant, allowing for ease-of-access and a frictionless experience. Should you need a reservation for a larger party, we are always happy to take requests and look forward to hosting alongside you.
PRANZO BISTRO
Tucked away discreetly within Pershing East, Pranzo is a distinctive dining spot that exceeds expectations. Designed in mind from members' requests for an upscale and reliable lunch, Pranzo offers delicious appetizers, full entrees, desserts, complex cocktails in addition to wine and beer.
