Jackie and Sara volunteered to chair our first in-person Gala in two years without hesitation. We are so grateful to have them on board as supporters of the Gala and the school!

Start your day with a ninety (90)-minute party for up to thirty (30) kids with a CORE Camp, a youth sports academy devoted to using sports to positively impact children’s lives, on the Charles Tyler Field! Need a break from all the excitement?

Bring out the fun and whimsy with two (2) hours of face painting and balloon twisting with two (2) artists. These talented artists will create designs of all kinds that kids of all ages will love - superheroes, princesses, pirates, animals, zombies, and more! Need a soundtrack for your party? Beni with Best Hollywood DJ will be there for two (2) hours to provide a soundtrack for the day. Want to hear all your favorite songs? Beni has an app for that! Select the songs you want to hear during your party, and Beni will make sure your requests are heard!

Hungry after all this excitement? We’ve got you covered! Ten (10) extra-large pizzas of your choice from Z Pizza and thirty (30) Ben & Jerry’s Mini Cups in 4 different flavors are included with this party extravaganza! This is a party your student will not want to miss!

Restrictions: • All packages expire December 1, 2022 • Summer weekends included • Party shall not exceed four (4) hours • Mutually agreed upon Saturday daytime by all vendors and the school • Pegasus Staff Member must be present at the event • All vendor times run concurrently • No alcohol is permitted on campus for this event • Party is valid for up to thirty (30) kids and their parents • Can be canceled within 48 hours of the event due to inclement weather • Party can be rescheduled one (1) time due to inclement weather • No pets allowed • The Pegasus School requires adherence to all current COVID-19 guidelines required by state and local health care agencies.
