Lake County Master Gardeners hold annual plant sale in May

The 22nd annual Lake County Master Gardeners plant sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 13, in the Fine Arts Building at the Lake County Fairgrounds, Crown Point.

A wide variety of plants are offered for sale to the public. Many plants are grown and offered by the Lake County Master Gardeners from their own gardens. Plants include annuals, perennials, seeds, vegetables, herbs, house plants, bulbs, shrubs, hanging baskets and even some trees. Master gardeners will be available in abundance to answer any questions. The sale also includes gardening demos and a “Trash to Treasures” area where gently-used
