Hosted by the Parks & Rec. Dept. - includes a fish shocking demo, various info booths and kayaking on the Little Elkhart River. Regatta of Recyclables Miniature Boat Race at 12;00 p.m. Build your boat from materials provided and race down the Little Elkhart River. Festival features locally grown produce, food vendors from local restaurants, live music, crafts, mums and pumpkins. Stay until dusk for movie and fireworks held at Essenhaus Campus. Takes place downtown in Memorial and East Parks.
