Hosted by the Parks & Rec. Dept. - includes a fish shocking demo, various info booths and kayaking on the Little Elkhart River. Regatta of Recyclables Miniature Boat Race at 12;00 p.m. Build your boat from materials provided and race down the Little Elkhart River.
