Whether you’re a guest at one of our beautiful lakes, a weekend or summer resident, or one of the growing number of lakeside LaGrange County residents, we trust you’ve grown to love our lakes. Our organization works to be a voice for the lakes, and to promote, protect and preserve the lakes and watersheds of LaGrange County and Indiana.

We connect our members to resources from the Indiana and North American Lake Management Societies and to the work being done by various government agencies to contribute to the conservation of the vital economic and ecological resource right in our front yards A warm welcome to Lake Country! We trust you’ll observe boating and fishing laws, and lakeside etiquette, and help us control invasive species by cleaning your boat between lakes and never dumping bait (or anything else) into the lake

The LaGrange County Lakes Council is looking for sponsors to continue our good work. Our lakes are such a great asset and bring so much traffic to the area, it would be a benefit to our community to suppor t the Lakes Council. Our main concern is the quality of water in LaGrange County lakes and rivers. Water quality education will continue to be our main project to protect our waters.
