Red Kettle Campaign %\ '$9,' +$=/(',1( 6WDII :ULWHU Many people know the day after Thanksgiving, Nov. 26, as Black Friday, the unofficial start to the Christmas shopping frenzy. But for Salvation Army officers and their legions of volunteers, Nov. 26 also marks the season for giving, when bellringers and their iconic red kettles remind shoppers not to forget those less fortunate. Nationally, the Salvation Army received more requests for assistance in the first six months of 2021 than all of 2020. And to help meet the demand, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Goshen Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign will have bellringers posted at five Goshen locations: two Walmart stores, two Walgreens and Kroger. Anyone interested in being a bellringer can do so at Registertoring.com.
