Looking for a way to work in a little holiday cheer to your girls’ night out this season? Take the opportunity to kick back and relax in style as you and your girlfriends indulge in all that Fort Wayne festivities have to offer. Support local shops, restaurants, and venues while experiencing that wonderful winter magic that only comes around once a year.

Conjure Coffee
Ice Skating at Headwaters Park
Get the girls together for a little fun at Fort Wayne’s outdoor ice rink located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne. Perfect for all ages and all levels of experience, you’re sure to spend a few hours in this wonderful winter staple. And the best part is cozying up afterwards with a cup of hot cocoa or coffee! (We recommend stopping by Conjure Coffee, Fortezza, or Utopian Coffee for all your warm beverage needs!)

Stop for a Sip

Escape the winter weather and warm up at the cozy Miracle on Jefferson situated next to Copper Spoon, which serves up holiday craft cocktails for a few short weeks during the season. This unique little pop-up bar is just the kind of spot to enjoy an evening with the girls. For a must-see event, plan on carving out time to get away with your girls on Wednesday, November 24th to enjoy the annual lighting of the restored Santa and His Reindeer and the Merry Christmas Wreath. The perfect event to kick off the season, you can easily follow up the evening with dinner and drinks at any of the local eateries within walking distance like The Hoppy Gnome, Proximo, The Gashouse, Club Soda, JK O’Donnell’s, Nawa and more!
Grab a Bite
Hit the new and improved Landing for an array of delicious food and drinks, such as the casual and BBQ inspired Landing Beer Co., the authentic Mexican cuisine of Mercado, or the more upscale menu at Tolon. There’s a little something for everyone, not to mention a lovely spot for a chilly evening walk with murals to see and boutiques to stop in.

Catch a Show
Join the Fort Wayne Ballet in their annual performance of The Nutcracker at the Arts United Center December 4 – 6 and 11 – 13. Witness the classic tale live for a one-of-a-kind experience that’s sure to leave you with a few sugar plums dancing in your head.
For those of you ladies itching to rock around the Christmas tree check out Big Bad Voodoo Daddy’s Wild and Swingin’ Holiday Party at the Clyde Theater on December 5th. Doors open at 6pm, show starts at 7pm and you can always grab a drink and dinner at The Club Room located inside the venue.
