A sincere thank you to our homeowners for inviting us to partner with them on such a wonderful transformation to their lake home. Our homeowners’ desire to have a more open concept living space and unobstructed lake views, paired with staying within the footprint of the original home, inspired our layout and space planning decisions.

Upon entering the Nautical Nest, the charming lake themed guest bath and built-in shelving sets the tone for this adorable home. The entry hall opens to a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area. The new custom kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertops provide function to this beautiful space. The deep blue color of the island becomes an anchor for the red and white accents in this open living area. While the kitchen is host to many updated fixtures and accessories, the living room features this home’s nod to the past with its original field stone fireplace.

Back Nine

Bob Buescher Homes “Back Nine” entry this year was a collaboration with the owners to create a unique back lot guest cottage/storage haven and play cave. The “Back Nine” beautifully compliments the lake home that we built previously and completes the ultimate lake atmosphere to create a lasting gathering place for generations to come.

Step inside where you will find plenty of bedrooms for guests and family, a custom kitchen, 2-car garage and an enormous RV/boat storage bay. And it doesn’t stop there…meander to the basement for a good workout in the exercise space or slip upstairs to the loft/kitchenette area and relax on the covered deck that takes in a pretty nice view of the lake too. If that wasn’t enough, finish off a rough day at the lake with a round of golf at the simulator and 19th hole bar. Does it get any better than this? Enjoy the home and tour!
