The primary focus was to open up the building, generating a more cohesive workflow in the practice, and to create a more func tional entry. The original structure contained many small adjusting and exam rooms with low ceilings. We removed many of the interior partition walls to create larger, connected adjusting and therapy areas. We also vaulted the ceilings throughout the adjust ing area to create a much more spacious atmosphere. Nearly all of the interior and exterior finishes were replaced and updated to give the entire building new life.

Dr. Stevens decided it was time to set his offices up for the next era of his practice, and we were thrilled to get the call to be a part of this project. Our clients wanted to create a home that would fit their needs well into retirement while also downsizing from their previous lake home. The original property had a very tiny 2 bedroom / 1 bath home. We designed an addition toward the rear of the property that nearly doubled the size of the home. As you enter the open concept living, dining and kitchen area, the attention to detail is on point. The warmth of the wood grain floors draws you into a space with the clean lines of white shaker style cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stain less-steel appliances. The kitchen is highlighted by a stunning sapphire blue center island. The floral backsplash tile in tones of blue, green, and terracotta adds a beautiful nod to nature and pulls the elements of the kitchen together. The living room boosts a lovely fireplace incorporating the stone from the exterior and the blue of the kitchen to give a cohesive feel to the home. The spacious bathrooms of this two-bedroom home are a delightful surprise.
